Never had issues with food quality, but the hours need updated or something. The hours on Google say they are open till midnight as do the hours posted on their door and the big neon sign on their window. The past 2 times we showed up in person to order, the store was empty and totally closed hours before midnight. This last time we showed up and there was a family inside eating and plenty of workers inside, but the door was locked. When they let the family out we tried to go in and they claimed that they stop taking orders at 9.
Service was awful! You order online thinking it’s going to be ready when you get there…wrong. Workers are rude af & got you waiting for additional time. Them the yeast rolls were over cooked as well as the wings we order. Do not recommend this particular store.
Great boneless chicken wings. Lemon pepper where amazing. And if you haven't had the corn on the cob it's a must you try.
Nasty food. Ordered a 10 piece mild wings, and cheese fries. The wings had zero flavor. Just tasted like salted wings and they were ice cold. My cheese fries were hot but they were so undercooked/mushy and flavorless I just threw them away. the cheese sauce was so bland it literally just tasted like thick water. Would rather have leftover hospital food. Save your money. $25 down the drain.

The chicken tenders with the Hawaiian sauce had a decent flavor but were full of gristle and cold. $25 down the drain. Save your money and don’t eat here, you can get infinitely better wings from the frozen food section and can get better fries literally anywhere else in fact I think drinking tap water and going to bed would be preferable. I’ve never had food this bad anywhere.
I walked in this location tonight at 9:05 pm and the young lady states they are not taking anymore walk in orders but they don’t close until 10 pm. There is no one waiting on the inside and no one walking n to pick up door dash. Horrible customer service.
Horrible customer service. Our order was wrong. The food we did get at first was not only wrong but cold. I asked the young man about how long for them to fix the order, he never gave me a straight answer. Finally got my order.Several young adults or teenagers working. I never saw someone who seemed to be a manager. One employee was arguing with a customer in front of everyone. That customer was there before us and they did not have her order correct or even complete. We were there for at least 45 minutes. She had enough of the rudeness and left without all of their food.If I could give this place a -100, I would . Bad attitudes overall and bad customer service. Wings weren't bad once our order was corrected.
The place was empty when we arrived, but it was quick service and friendly staff. We ordered our foods and they came correct and hot. The wings are delicious and the fries are so good with the perfect amount of seasoning. Make sure you got plenty of napkins as they are messy!
For some reason this location skimps out on the sauce which really effects the chicken. Fries are always good, just had barely any liquid in the sauce for 5 times in a row now and that just leaves the crusty seasonings to roll around and soda mostly gone by the time you're halfway through.
closed one hour early when the sign AND website specifically says 12am… workers just stared at us as we tried to open the door. not satisfied at all. i am still able to place an online order and would not be surprised if they took my money and remained closed anyways. extremely upset and do not recommend.
