They're not reliable. Sometimes I get sweet tea that's brown water. Sometimes I get chicken that's super overcooked and/or dry. Sometimes I get drinks with almost no ice. Sometimes my order gets cancelled and I go back to see they've disabled online ordering. A lot of the times. there's no online ordering.I usually order from here 3+ times a week. The last time I ordered, I got zero drinks, my "voodoo fries" upgrade was just plain old fries and the chicken was dry as hell. But I got charged like everything was cool. I blame the drinks on DoorDash and everything else on this location.I called to just let them know that this wasn't right and it went to voicemail. In the middle of leaving a voicemail, it was like someone picked up the phone. But no one was responding. All I could hear was people yelling and cussing in the background.Discussed it with a friend of mine and he shared an experience (hearsay) where he couldn't do an online order, so he went to the store. He was told they could only do online orders, but he showed him his phone where online ordering was disabled. They refused to help him.So because of this location, I'm done with Wingstop. I wish all the best to the folks working there.

When you live outside of civilization, the DoorDash options are limited. Tonight was one of those nights where cooking wasn't in the books. WingStop seemed to have something everyone would eat. I swear, we barely hit "submit" on the order before they were in the driveway. Fresh? Absolutely. The pans burned my arm bringing them in the house! It was good, fresh, hot. Slightly expensive but that was a good trade for not having to cook.

Absolutely disgusting behavior

4/7/22 I tried Wing Stop for the first time at the Clarksville Tn. Needmore location. I ordered a 10 pcs.garlic and parmesan. The chicken was hot and fresh and they were not overly seasoned which I loved. The size of the wings were a little on the small side for the cost. I would visit here again, but definitely not on a frequent. $12 & change is a little high for 10 pcs not to have a drink and fries included. Overall my first experience was not bad

Dirty, poor service, a bunch of kids that like playing rather than doing their job. Ordered a beer with my food and the fridge wasn’t even turned on, so they handed me a warm beer. While I was ordering the people in the kitchen were playing and throwing food around, picking food and things off the floor, being loud, and I never saw any one of them wash their hands. Had to wait so long for my food because the kitchen staff just didn’t care and we’re walking in and out to go smoke. This is the second time, i tried to brush off my first encounter but twice in a row does it for me. 10/10 would not recommend this location to anyone

This place is very dirty and disgusting inside! The floor and rugs look like they haven’t been swept in a week, all counters and walls are greasy and sticky. The drink machine is gross and the floor around it is very sticky and wet. Also, the cabinet is broken and attempted to be stuck together with many secure bag stickers. There’s dust and grease at the top of the walls. It honestly looks like they get to work every day when they open at 11 and not before to clean like they should. I’m scared to even see the bathrooms. The food smelled good but the fries are very soggy. First and last time I’ll be here

Literally the worst wings I've ever had in my life. They were VERY old, to the point they could only be described as crusty. The store is filthy, like I want to go get tested for staph after standing in there waiting for my order. Plus there was a toddler in the kitchen, clearly visible from the front door. The phone rang several times and no one bothered to answer it. Do not waste your time with this location.

Worst experience with any food place. One, the lack of brain cells in the people working. Two, I had to repeat myself 4 times to the guy I was talking to because you guessed it… he had headphones in. One other lady was needing help while I was being talked to and I look back, there are 4 workers just standing and talking. I watched 2 of them look at the lady and go back to talking. Would love to talk to the manager and have every single one of those people fired. If they can’t work hard at wing stop then they will never make it anywhere else. I wouldn’t want them to either. Ordered carry out and they let another customer take my order off the counter. Made me wait for 20 minutes while they remade my entire order and not one person apologized for the inconvenience. This store is very poorly run and staffed. Extremely unprofessional behavior by the employees. Food was on par with the kind of quality you’d get by purchasing Tyson buffalo chicken strips from the frozen food section at the grocery store. Will never eat here again. You’ve been warned if you’re reading this. Oh yeah, I just read the other reviews and it seems the ice machine has been broken for nearly 6 months. This place is tragically awful.

Don’t know how this place isn’t closed down. I feel like if your job title was “health inspector” places like this would be easy pickins.Now I wanna be clear I don’t entirely blame the everyday employees. I ate here a lot over the last couple of years and it has been a steady decline. I feel like it has gotten to what it is because of poor management.The drink machine is repulsive. I’m willing to bet cleaning it isn’t even on the list of things to do at all. It literally smells like VINEGAR and has gnats and drain flies all around it. I pulled one of the nozzles off once to confirm my suspicions and they are completely molded.The floors are sticky in some spots and greasy in most. Like I’m not kidding I think they leave the slip hazard sign out literally all the time because the floors are so greasy.The other day I tried to order online and it said online ordering was unavailable so I went to the store. It was 10 minutes after they open and the door was locked (understandable in this time due to understaffing). There was 1 employee standing in the kitchen with the back door open. He had his arms at his sides and was just staring at me.. Curious about how to place an order I pulled my phone out and called the store phone. It immediately went to the busy tone and the employee, still standing in the kitchen with an apron on staring at me with my phone to my head, turned around and walked out the back door.I went to Jimmy johns next door. When I pulled out of the drive through the one Wingstop employee was sitting in his car smoking a cigarette…Hire a new manager, Wingstop.All that being said my order has never been wrong in the slightest and the food always tastes phenomenal. That’s why I’m giving 2 stars.
