The food was good but service was abysmal. The lobby coke machine was out of everything, but they seemed to have the drive thru machine full. Tamia was at the front counter and after our food came out, made me wait several minutes when I came back to the counter for condiments. I know she saw me because she made eye contact but she refused to acknowledge me until the manager made her help me. Then when I came back up later for a refill, she again refused to acknowledge or help me until someone else made her. Perhaps if Tamia doesn’t want to help people at the counter, she should be made to clean the restrooms, because there was no toilet paper in one of the stalls and no paper towels.
OMG, I love this place. Tinny little burgers are so delicious and Soooo filling. Yum.? Unfortunately I couldn't experience the full experience of it. Like dinning in. ? Do to COVID. ??? Oh and they have Big Red!?? Fries and onion rings very good. My son tried the one with beacon and lettuce he it was great and filling. For me it hits the spot. Great drink with great food. Very tasty, fresh and delicious.? This packaging is awesome. Oh and it's not expensive at all. Great pricing. Friendly and looks clean in there. I would definitely recommend trying it. For a box of 20 burgers and 4 fries. Is $22 and some change plus tax. Awesome!! It's an exciting experience for us. Lol Great job everyone that works there. Keep up the good work. Our food was hot and fresh but the main reason for the 5☆ is for the customer service. Their lobby wasn't open and my van is too tall for the drive thru. The nice girl working took my order through the door and served me. This was greatly appreciated.
The ladies that were working their tails off did an amazing job! They were mesmerizing to watch as a team. Wonderful service and great food. Keep up the amazing work!
After drive thru presented me with my order, I pulled over on their parking lot to feast. Unbeknownst, bread on sandwich old and stale, meat hard and crumbling, fries were up-sized in which I did not order (severe diabetes), so I got out of my vehicle and walked back to the drive through window. The young lady was so polite with my second request.
Love White Castle!! They do a good job here making the slides perfectly.Staff could be more attentive giving napkins & condiments.
Food is usually hot and fresh but there really needs to be more salt added to the fries, they taste like they have no salt on them which makes them not very tasty.
Everytime I try to eat here they are closed or literally turn us away in the drive thru saying they are closing early (7pm) when there are other cars in the drive thru. How this place is still open? I'll never understand. We've been trying to eat here for weeks and when we call they either don't answer or tell us they don't know if they'll be open that day. Ridiculous management. Corporate should be ashamed. This is the laziest establishment I have ever seen.
Great food but the line took forever will return when I have time to wait but not recommend for fast service
Sadly this White Castle really needs to spend a few minutes cleaning. We had to wipe down our own table to use it. The drink station was splattered with dry soda (hint to staff soda sprays to strong for users), and trash station was full?But, food quality was great!
