I come here pretty regularly. The food is really tasty but that’s pretty much it. The employees are rude and are always barking orders and it’s always busy. When I was there today I was in the drive thru line for 45 minutes when there was only 2 other cars in front of me. If your goanna come here, then I would say just go inside and get your food to go instead of the drive thru.
Worst experience of my life. I wrecked my car, and got food here while I waited. Manager told me they would not tow my car while I was in real trouble. I thought they would be courteous enough to keep their word and not tow it, even after I called them back and spoke to every single manager on every shift. The GM decided that it would be a friendly thing to do and still screw me over, thank you. Smells like throw up Inside establishment.
I went inside for takeout lunch. It took 15 minutes to order with only 4 people in front of me. Once order was taken it was another 23 minutes for one $5 Biggie bag. Unless you have over an hour for lunch this restaurant is not recommended. The wait time is long due to mobile app & Door Dash orders being priority over anyone ordering in restaurant. After the long wait the fries were cold !
Came through an order a 10 piece got home an noticed they were hard as a rock. Took them back an had them “freshly make” some just for them to be hard again. I don’t know if they are old or what but no reason they should be that hard. Then I called an talked to a manager who didn’t even apologize just wanted to know how “far I lived” an said they were “freshly made”. Waste of money, gas and time.
I go to the drive-thru at this location pretty regularly. It is always very busy. My standard order is a #3 with spicy nuggets and I always request for my nuggets to be made fresh. I rarely get this request honored. I either get old/cold/lukewarm nuggets or more recently I can tell they re-dropped some old nuggets back into the grease and gave them to me as “fresh”…the nuggets were so hard, chewy and tasted weird. The craft lemonade I paid extra for tasted like water with lemon. For this location to be so busy, they are very mediocre. I do not recommend.
Good service, was a bit slow. They should put more workers on night shift especially with how busy they are. But the food was good and satisfying.
My sandwich had half a slice of bacon on it when it definitely was supposed to have more. And a slow as the staff were moving, you would think they would have at least made the food the right way. When I opened the package it was sloppy and when I took my first bite it was cold.
I deliver through door dash and everytime I come here the service is non existent. Just tonight I pulled up to pick up an order and nobody said anything through the speaker. Several cars and I just ended up leaving. I drive by the windows and can see them just standing there. I will no longer accept orders from this awful place.
After receiving a doordash order (just after 10pm) for the Wendy's located on Wilma Rudolph and having sat in the drive-thru for quite some time to retrieve a door-dash order (and with no one answering at the drive-thru), I then proceeded to the drive-thru window when a heavy-set girl came to the window to rudely inform me that they were not taking anymore orders. I then went on to explain to her that I had an already accepted door-dash order when she had then cut me off from speaking and repeated herself as she shut the window in my face (while I was still sitting there trying to talk to her to figure out what to do about said order) and she just rudely walked away and left me sitting there....So I then immediately contacted door-dash to rectify the situation and then I even called back to this Wendy's and asked to speak to the manager when the same girl picked up and had addressed herself as the manager.... (Which I myself being prior senior management in retail did not buy for a minute) ....so here I am now making this post about her lack of professionalism and disrespect to not only myself, but to a service (Door-dash) that helps support their business.....which by the way, I had to deal with the very angry customer because of this all.......and if in fact this girl is a manager "especially" (or even not), I believe that perhaps Wendy's needs to either retrain her, demote her or remove her from their business all together as she appears to be really bad for their business or anyone's business for that matter.
I thought the packaging of the lettuce bun burgers was great and everything was tasty. I think mine was missing Bourbon sauce, but I didn't care that much
