As far as food quality, this location measures up to every other Wendy's. The reason I give this location only 3 stars is the service. Now I've worked fast food as well as diners. This location has plenty of workers yet always seems to struggle with getting orders out timely. The workers literally work against each other. If you ask me it just has poor training and management.
Wendy's at Clarksville Tennessee. We went there around 6:30 a.m. thinking food would be prepared to order, as they did say "What can I fix fresh for you today?" One of the 3 orders of sausage, egg, and cheese.......had to of been yesterday 's leftovers. I thought they accidentally put a chocolate covered graham cracker on the sandwich ? I pulled it off the sandwich and it was a charred burnt piece of sausage!!!!! Even when you shove food out the window, hoping you won't come back and complain, they just wanted to use up yesterday's leftovers. I mean seriously, throw it out, no leftovers, how much could a dinky piece of sausage cost anyway?? I'm sure it wouldn't break the business if they considered quality, taste and appearance first. Won't be going there ever!!!!
Hot honey chicken sandwich was decent. Mine was a bit overcooked. Will stick with the spicy chicken. It's Wendy's though! Can't complain for fast food.
This particular Wendy's gave me Chick Fil A vibes. They were so nice and my food was hot. One of the staff member's came from the kitchen to ask me what do I need for him to get started. By the time I paid for my good, my order was ready.?
I was reminded why I don't go to this Wendy's tonight. When I placed my order, 2 Jr cheeseburgers, a cheeseburger deluxe and a strawberry lemonade. The order was repeated back to me with everything I order. When I got the the window they took my money then handed me a bag. When I just sat there waiting for my drink the young man just looked at me. I stated that I order a strawberry drink. He look and said you had the 2 jr cheeseburgers and a deluxe correct. I said yes and a drink. He then proceeded to say you were not charged for one and just looked at me with the manager right next to him. Yet I could see a drink sitting on the counter red in color that the manager just moved away from the window were it was sitting for the next order. Needless to say i left with no drink. Everytime i have stopped there with the exception of once my order was either missing something or bacon was not put on my bacon cheeseburgers. They can not seem to get an order correct. This place will never get another penny out of me again. If I could give it 0 stars that is what they would get.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND WILL NOT RETURN! the service was horrible & the cashier who took my order was disrespectful . I came for breakfast tired from work & specifically told the woman on the speaker I wanted no bacon & extra sauce on my biscuit . she gave me no sauce & extra bacon? in addition to that she sounded like she didn’t even want to be there , why take that out on the customer? if you don’t like your job or can’t manage to do it right then quit ! will never spend money at this location again , EVER .
Had to argue with a Karen for buying food from this place! I didn't get what I had ordered, so went back. The manager (Karen), that's actually her name, said that they said they fixed it so I had to of gotten it. I told her that they must've handed it to someone else..just had to argue with the manager because half my order was wrong and was missing an item. THEN she told me they'll ONLY fix it once and that I wasn't allowed back there. I never planned on going back in the first place, bciz when we got our "fixed" food, it was RAW! I MEAN LIKE RAW!! BLOOD AND RED! Food wasn't worth eating, that was cooked. I'd give a 0 if I could, and tell them they should fire that manager.
This was supposed to be a bacon classic and they handed this thing out that looks like they scrapped the crud out of a grill trap and slapped it on the top of our food.
There was a thick brown goopy substance spread all over the burger that smelled. It’s like someone’s purposely put something they scraped off of the err grill on the the burger. Disgusting.
We live right by the Wendy's and have given them multiple chances, but I have to say my family won't be coming back. Every time we arrive there is at least 30 min wait in the drive thru, and when there is only four cars that's ridiculous and uncalled for. It's a waste of time for unfriendly service, cold soggy food, and extremely long waits while watching employees joke around and play instead of serving the customers in the building. If I could leave no stars I would, but you have to at least give it one. This place is honestly a pathetic joke of restaurant and Wendy's should be ashamed to have this store
