Love the selection of food and goods at the store but I absolutely hate self-checkout that's bad service that is terrible service so I go somewhere who gives me better service. I'll pay a little extra for their product for that service.
The cashier was very polite and friendly. And I purchased a pair of glasses and they were ready in 10 minutes
I ordered a few items online from my office, hoping i could run by and pick them up when i left for lunch....nope! this is my second and last time I will order pick up from Walmart, When i went to pick up the item I was informed the order had not been pulled from the shelve yet (40 mins since the order) the exact same thing happened the last time, I was informed they would try to get it...NO THANKS, I went and got it myself (to save time and waiting, after all that's why I ordered it online!!!) what a cluster...I returned with my items, finally a gentleman tried to explain the process, he cancelled my online order and i checked out and left, incidentally two ladies waiting for their pick up when i first arrived were still waiting when I left, Walmart needs to to study Amazon! instead of using your current process! Its a joke! I have done my best to stay away from Walmart and this has motivated my reasons why!
This is one of the only Walmarts I've been in that you can find service people to actually help you. Also if you forget your mask they always have plenty to give
Scanners will scan items when they aren't close to the scanner. Staff are great. They have most items that I need in stocks. Overall it's a great place to shop at.
Went shopping for a birthday gift and found the perfect addition to the party. Dinosaurs are his absolute favorite. Thanks Walmart.
Short trip to grab 3 items but still had a pleasant visit. Store very clean, shelves well stocked, aisles nice and clear. Had a nice Walmart associate, Peggy, who helped us locate an item. Seemed very knowledgeable about store. Thank you Peggy for your help.
This is a pretty busy Walmart but they keep it well stocked and organized. The staff at the self check out is always friendly and willing to help too. The produce always looks good too.
I've only used their curbside grocery pickup service for the last two years. It is easy, efficient, and the staff does a great job. And anything that keeps me from going in a store makes me happy.My only complaint would be that they use too many plastic bags: it's fairly common to have several individual items in separate bags, for no discernable reason.
The Best Walmart in Clarksville hands down...
