Went in around 8am on weekday. Staff greeted us and we seated ourselves. Hostess delivered our silverware and took our drink order right away. We immediately noticed the air conditioning was going and it was very cold. We had dressed for a warm day and had left our jackets in the car. Our server took our order right away. Was going back to car for jackets when our server brought everthing except the waffles, bacon and sausage. Those followed about 3 minutes later. Everything was hot and tasty. Only complaint was the waffle was overcooked and hard. (I noticed that while we were waiting for our order the cook had opened the waffle maker and was trying to pry off the top and bottom of the waffle without tearing it. Once he got it off he patted it down onto the other part of the waffle. He had gloves on otherwise we would have refused them. As we left I noticed other customer's waffles were also hard and overcooked. We have been to several of the Waffle Houses in the area and have not been served one like this. Must of had an issue with the waffle maker.
First time ever going to a waffle House this one just happened to be in Kentucky which I was doubly blessed and able to do with my niece Carissa it was absolutely freezing inside there was no heat on the floor behind the counter was flooded the waitress state to take our order although she was off work I believe. I was surprised that the food portions were so small although the food tasted good we didn't get any photos we had scrambled eggs hash browns white toast and a waffle of course nothing to write home about nothing exciting at all.
Staff was friendly. New cook but did well. Was there after work 130am had a few other customers friendly atmosphere.
Literally closed the whole store to clean the grill, and told us it was going to take an hour to clean, which is completely untrue. Our workplace had the same exact type of grill, and at most it takes about 15 minutes to clean if you're completely inept
They don't do dine in any more. One of the things I like to do after coming back from the casino. I have been to everyone. And they are all the same way. Why can't we dine-in? Well someone answer me. It's almost 2 am. Dine-in needs to come back. Can't even call in to make an order. Because no one well answer the phone
Cooks do not care, And go sit in their cars while wait staff attempt to correct orders and push food out to customers who have payed, The food sits in the cold for over 10+ minutes and doesn’t all come out at the same time. I would not recommend this Waffle House to anyone and will continue to go to different locations. Wait staff after being fired still provide professional experience and made sure that the orders they took came out before leaving, Ownership should begin to hire and train new staff.

Waffle House Hopkinsville said grill was down and be a hour before could get my order. This like the 3rd time it has happen in the last month or so. I go to Oak Grove its closed. I finally go to North Clarksville Wafflehouse at Gate 3 on the Boulevard. Only 2 other customers there. I finally got not only my order but truly good service from the 2 females cook and waitress. At least I can always rely on this WaffleHouse to be open and are ready to serve and get what I want. And the price was reasonable. Even open on Holidays.
Whoa! Lots of Soldiers eating breakfast. I thought I was at a cafeteria for Soldiers! The staff was friendly and quick! Truly superb.
