All of the staff are extremely helpful and kind. The food and smoothies are absolutely delicious. The restaurant and bathrooms are extremely clean. You can watch everything as it's prepared and I can't wait to come back here! A special thank you to Darby, Justice, Bryanna, Sarah, Destiny, Michelle and the owner (I didn't get his name, I'm so sorry) But the whole crew is just wonderful and welcoming!
I’ve been hitting up the TSC since it opened almost 3 years ago and it NEVER disappoints. The food is delicious, the smoothies are delicious, prices are good, workers are friendly, and it’s a Veteran Owned Small Business as a bonus. The menu stays constant enough that my favorites are always available but they also keep things fresh and interesting by bringing in new things for each season. Highly recommend!!
I normally liked getting food at this establishment but yesterday on my visit I was extremely dissatisfied. I think they hired on a bunch of teenagers who may not be properly trained yet. Regardless my friend and I spent $13 each on meals and the quality of the food was every last bit of disappointing. We both only took about 2-3 bites out of our flatbreads before throwing them away. I asked for extra teriyaki sauce but you seriously would of thought they squeezed the whole bottle, the thick tangy sauce was smeared all over the flatbread and bag, just totally unacceptable and gross. Will not be getting food from here again. Smoothie was decent. And sidenote I hate you guys have started shoving a card reader outside the drive thru window, in the sun, that automatically prompts for a tip…. I couldn’t even read the screen and could not cancel the tip so me and my friend ended up paying a higher total unknowingly! :/
Sat in drive through twice for over 20 minutes without a single car moving. Had to give up and leave both times. Unacceptable!
I am an avid smoothie-drinker and this is down the best smoothie Cafe I've ever been to. It's also my favorite Tropical Smoothie Cafe location. Pros: great tasting food, very clean environment, awesome customer service, all employees have a smile on their face. This restaurant is even veteran owned and operated, which I think is amazing. Orders are also put together professionally. The only con I could find with this location is the drive thru in the back of the building was a bit confusing the very first time I visited; however, it's quite simple after your first trip.
We stumbled across this place just to grab a smoothie and it was such a great experience. The customer service was amazing and the manager Sarah even let me try a smoothie on the house! I ate the Caribbean jerk chicken wrap and my girlfriend has the Caesar salad with the plant based chicken. Both were amazing!! Will definitely be coming back!
I ended up having to wait for awhile after my order was supposed to be ready due to the amount of people ordering, but the staff handled it very well. Sarah was amazing even with multiple customers yelling at her and she definitely deserves more credit for dealing with unruly guests. I always love the smoothies and food!
We had a simple order 2 smoothies with 3 food items. 1 food item was correct, 1 was replaced with something we didn't order, and the 3 item was completely missing. Gotta do better than that...
I went to place an order with a coupon from my city saver which is about to expire. They no longer honor the sandwich that I wanted to order. My take on that if you want to be a part of the city saver to promote your business and help the schools then you shouldn’t change your menu until the city saver has expired. If you wanna promote your business you need to honor the coupon. You lost a sale today.And happy customer!
Was told it would be a 10 minute wait, which was fine. But then that 10 minute wait turned into 40 minutes. Then go ignored through the drive through window for another 10 minutes. While my order sat on the counter just waiting. WORST customer service EVER. I never complain about customer service as I am a worker in the food industry Myself. But this was RIDICULOUS
