Great Service and great food

John was amazing! My husband and I were here last night for dinner and had him as our waiter—from start to finish he was incredibly genuine and welcoming. Ours meals were excellent as well ?

We had an outstanding dinner with a minimal wait time. Our server, Abigail, was a joy-polite, quick, personable, attentive, and was helpful when we needed to make a few minor adjustments to accommodate the disabled members in the party. My steak was cooked perfectly, no easy feat, tender & juicy, smothered in onions & brown gravy. The rolls & blooming onion were great, as was the pulled pork & country fried steak. The unsweetened strawberry tea was a pleasure all by itself. The one food issue drawback? The white gravy was over peppered. The cinnamon-honey butter for the rolls & sweet potato was prime. In another matter- they could use more handicapped parking where the pickup parking places are. I had to walk quite a distance, and it took a while to recover.

one of our favorite places to eat, we always have good food and great service

I hate leaving reviews buttt save yourself some money and make your food at home or go to another establishment. This location can’t even get a order right rather it’s dine in or eat out, but you’ll spend 70$ BEFORE a tip for your family to eat for a special occasion & they wonder why and how you could be mad— they legit forgot BUNS for THREE bacon cheese burger meals, totally didn’t even make the fourth bacon cheeseburger for my son.. while waiting for my Togo order another guests food was given to someone else, they were offered a discount and STILL had to wait for their food to be remade, I didn’t think anything of it. Totally wasn’t worth the hassle with this location. Anywho, being 34 weeks pregnant and craving this place wasn’t the move clearly. Next time I guess I’ll order burgers from Johnny’s or somewhere that cares what they feed people, never seen somewhere serve someone burgers with no bread unless it was ordered that way, and they checked my food twice for a long min and still didn’t notice they forgot a whole meal all while not letting me see my order at the window though they claimed that’s what the check with me was for. The manager Kat( or Cat) didn’t seem to be bothered but offered us to come back and get the food they forgot while our other food got cold, no thanks.

We were really disappointed. I have been to texas roadhouse in Arizona many times and never left anything on my plate. This was my first time at the Clarksville location and it was overly salty and practically all fat. Between the two 14 oz ribeyes, there was probably 14 oz of fat left on our plates. Picture of leftover fat attached. The waitress was great right up until she gave me a bill that said 63.99 then charged my card for 69.59 without telling me that she forgot to add something. I realized that I had a receipt for one amount and a charge receipt for a higher amount and told her thats not ok. I told her i dont mind paying my whole bill but you should have told me that you forgot to add an item before charging my card.

I had great service! The food was alright a little salty but great! But mostly the service and rolls were the best part of my dining experience! The waitress always made sure that our drinks were full and rolls were there! Plus the restaurant was packed! I was honestly surprised! Plus we had a 60 minute wait but the wait wasn't even that long! Totally enjoyed my dine out with the ladies!

Had a great dinner with my family thanks to Kimi and her excellent service. the raspberry sweet tea was also good.

Great food, and Great Service.

I love texas roadhouse. However, in the last 2 years i have lived here this is by far the worst one I have been too. I have been a returning customer numerous times since I moved back here, each of these times worse than the previous. The last 3 visits were horrible and tonight did it for me. I did a to-go order at 6:45 PM that was just under $100. Came to pick the food up and the girl working the to-go window opened and closed the orders so fast that i could not even see, especially with it already being dark out. As soon as she closed the last one she slid it to me and got the person behind me. I saw a burger, some ribs, and a couple steaks. Along with the salads. I got home and i am highly disappointed. The steaks were ordered Rare and its literally like chewing shoe leather. Its a 10 minute drive to my house so I know the steaks didnt cook in that time off the grill. I also had to wait on my food so no way there either. The cheese burger is tiny, and i didnt know fully dressed is now is a bun, a half slice of cheese, and the tiniest burger in the world. Literally the meat is slider size as shown in thr picture. One of the fries with the burger looked like it had been bit off, also in picture. All potatoes were ordered loaded. No cheese, no butter, no sour cream, nothing. Was told it was in the paper bag that she wadded up and threw in the to-go bag. Well it must be invisible because i dont see it. The ribs were a half rack and my recept clearly shows i paid for a whole rack. I called the store and was told to check my order next time and hung up. ?? Literally, had no words for that one. No apology, nothing. I dont want to be compensated with free food, because I will never grace the doors of that Texas Roadhouse again. I never write reviews, good or bad, but tonight was enough for me. Take it for what its worth, but Longhorn is a hop, skip, and jump away and if I am going out for steak thats where I will be going now on.
