I live in Cheatham and was in Clarksville, TN 37043 area. I went into the subway in the Walmart location. I order two footlong subs one turkey and one roast beef. Then I order 4 cookies. Once I went back home in Cheatham, I notice I don't have my cookies. I called at Sunday, 30th at 3:56pm and whom ever answer, stated that I can't save my receipt and come back next Saturday?These people want 15/hr? but can't but things in a bag? To me, no if workers can't do a simple task then no 15/hr.15/hr is for those who go to college. Plus, I am not or wanting to pay for 10 dollars for a six inch sub to cover wage cost.When I was working jobs like this, "if a customer brought back a "receipt" then its no big deal".One thing they can or could do, reprint the sale and save it at the POS with name, number and when they are coming back.
Be careful placing online orders here. They threw out out the receipt of our order, said they never got it and never made our sandwiches.
To use the word disgusting is an understatement.Where do I start… first, when the guy was cutting the bread into a 6 inch, he smashed my bread FLAT! Then, made the sandwich very messy.My daughter asked for Mayo and he barely put any on hers because it was out. He reluctantly asked if she wanted more and when she said yes, he went and got another bottle but blew out and acted like it was such and inconvenience.When I was checking out, the cashier sneezed and wiped his face with his hand… realized there was too much snot and went for a paper towel, wiped his face and hands… NEVER WASHED OR SANITIZED his hands and continued to check me out.I will NEVER eat here again and I suggest you don’t. Worst Subway experience ever!
Employee had headphones in while taking my order, wasn’t very up to par with his customer service, definitely need professional people there, that actually wear a name tag and their hair well groomed
Got a bacon egg and cheese footlong . The egg was still frozen after they toasted my sandwich and i asked for it to be cut in half because it’s a foot long and they didn’t even do it. My sandwich was super messy. I would give zero stars if possible. We called to complained and they were rude and not useful and ignored what we were trying to say and hung up on us. DONT RECOMMENDED! This is not the first time they’ve messed up my order either just wanted to try again and get again they failed.

Subway next to Walmart on MadisonSt in Clarksville, TN Nov 4 2020 Ordered vegie wrap online, picked up, left store and found there was little to no lettuce and tomato. I gave a feedback online and got a reply that gave excuses but nothing else.
