I understand everybody has bad days but the guy who served me today was very rude and disrespectful paying customers should be treated with more respect!

This is a review for the two guys that closed on Sunday night 2-6-22. Thank you for the best experience my son and I have ever had at Subway! These sandwiches were absolutely bomb! We will be back again Subway! ?

Came on Monday, 24 January 2022 and their hours say they close at 9pm. When I came it wasn’t even 8:30pm and the employee inside just summaries at me like, “too bad.” Thanks for being liars.

Was treated horribly by the young lady behind the counter. Asked for a veggie sub with everything on it except pickles and jalapeño and banana peppers on half. She berated me in front of customers and said I didn't order it correctly and proceeded to tell me how I should've have ordered it. She had pink hair with dark roots and glasses. She also intentionality made the subs with sparse ingredients with an smirk on her face. It was a very uncomfortable exchange. I'll give her that it was busy but her attitude made it worse.

Just got cursed out by employee with the pink hair because i stood outside and she opened the door at 820 am,then gave me horrible attitude about where i parked because i stated i thought they opened at 8, will be reporting to management!

Store was closed so I waited the 15 minutes until they opened. 5 minutes after 10 still not open. Waited another 5 minutes never opened and all I saw was a girl slamming things around and you could tell she was mad. I will never come here again

Ordered delivery from this store using subway app. Order had several missing and incorrect items. App says call store for issues. Literally called FOR AN HOUR STRAIGHT and no one ever answered.Decided to give them another chance. Supposed to open at 8am. Doors are locked and employee is inside. She didn’t even acknowledge me, just ignored me even though the store was supposed to open almost an hour prior. I called just to be sure and of course, no one answered. I give up on this location.

Everything looked old lettuce was turning brown tuna was stuck to the pan and looked hard.

If I could give zero stars I would! Because the customer service is horrible today at 6:53 Pm none of the 3 employees even acknowledge me no greeting no welcome to subway and no we will be with you in a minute. I literally stood there for 5 to 6 minutes and still nothing the employees were working on a online order and then another customer came in behind me and was served right away so I walked out and went to the subway on Dover crossing and the customer service was better

They never answer their phone. This missed out on a huge 140.00 sale and then another big order because of it. It's very frustrating when they don't answer
