Always love Subways, but this place was extra nice and clean.
Overall decent. Been there a handful of times over the past several months, and haven't had a problem.
There’s two older women and a younger blonde boy in his teens that always offer wonderful service. However recently every time I’ve got in it’s been a younger teen boy with purplish hair that moves like his body is covered in molasses. It shouldn’t take me 20 minutes to get in and out of the store when there’s 1 other person in there other than me. He also just has a poor attitude, very dry and acts like he couldn’t care less about being there.
To the young man who worked on 08/01 around 5pm. Gosh, thank you for such delicious sandwhiches. You did not less us down one bit and I know my order is kinda complicated. I would 100% order a sub from whoever made it again. This is our favorite subway in Clarksville to order from.
I’m a pretty consistent regular at this location and the staff is always friendly and enjoyable to talk to while preparing my sandwich. The sandwich is always delicious and because I get the same thing over and over they remembered my order and know what I’m getting every time. There’s some staff members that leave me cracking up hysterically because of their humorous approach to customer service. I’ll continue to be a regular here, always a good experience.

Employee refused to complete online orders until after all in lobby had been completed. App said it be ready by 820p. I actually had to get in line to get my order completed. 35 mins later I walked out with my food. Employees told us that their manager, Loretta maybe, told them not to complete online orders until there wasn't anyone in the lobby. What's the point of ordering ahead then? Never coming back to this location. ??♀️
