Thankfully our experience was different from the bad reviews, our food was made correctly - service was super nice - and it didn't take long at all.We came here because the 1200 Hwy 48 location was atrocious (mean, argumentative, and poorly made food) so we walked out with nothing. Coming here definitely made up for that experience and I'm glad we gave Subway a second chance.
The young men that were working did a great job getting us in and out quickly.

Worst experience ever there. The lil African American guy w/a small fro, is so rude an disrespectful. Never in my life have I had someone so rude towards me. Maken fun of me was fun for him. I did tell the manager daughter an she said she will tell her mom the manger but
Waiting in line 15 minutes with 3 people in front. Heated my wife sandwich then went back to the other costumer and made another sandwich. Ridiculous, you need more help. Somebody needs to be in charge on a Friday at lunch. Then another kid walks out of the back and goes outside sitting in his vehicle. The other 2 subways blow youns away.
Yall need to answer the phone think I called like 50 times and not a single answer. I placed an order online for delivery through doordash 5 mins before my order was suppose to arrive it got cancelled by the restaurant my card was still charged and couldnt get ahold of anyone to fix the problem or to get my order fixed
Subways night employee on riverside was rude.Tried to order to comply with known allergens, which happened to be allergens to onions. So instead of ordering the chicken teriyaki that has onions premixed, we tried ordering chicken with plain teriyaki sauce and at first the guy said no then told us he had to call a manager, which ironically he couldn't seem to get to answer the phone.
