Terrible customer service. Fries were way too salty, so I went back and they said they'd make them fresh. They remade them and asked to see my receipt after attempting to give me the wrong size. Food is usually great, but could seriously work on customer service.Photo: "new" soggy fries, so greasy the bag ripped
I like the new system. The food was fresh and delicious. We liked being able to sit where we wanted as well. I hope they keep this way of ordering.
Food was OK, hate the new atmosphere. Kiosk ordering only, fill your own drinks no sauces on tables or salt and pepper, could have went to burger King and paid same amount for burger that at least attempted to taste grilled lol. I'd rather have the old concept back .
Didn't care for the self checkout. The ordering part is easy but if you have any questions good luck. Had a lady in front of me not being able to return her food. They gave her a mangers phone number. Not sure when I'll be back
I have only been to Steak’n Shake one time at a different location. I took me coming to this location to fully understand their burgers. I think this is one of the best fast food hamburgers you can get. I really like the fries as well. The only BEEF I have with them is. They give you a small diameter paper straw. I shouldn’t have to keep straws in my truck. Because theirs SUCKS. Well, not really
I come here all the time and they put me on phone with store owner name micheal he refuse to give me a refund when his cooks try to serve me raw hamburger on night shift after manager on night shift said to see manager on 1st shift they only do refund is it fine for them to do that and be serve people raw food and trying to kill them and store owner talked like he knew raw food was being push out and asked if I wanted it remake like I want any more food from you hope your Your partner in business drops you for Admitting to that phone line was recorded
Not the place I remember as it has been a few years since I was there last. The music on the radio is so current that it seems out off touch with the 50's type setting. Like having a hospital turned into a body shop...technically accurate but quite inappropriate. I wasn't thrilled. Food was so so, but the shakes were good.

Really impressed with new Kiosk system. The service was fast and it was easy to order. Food was quickly prepared. You can seat yourself. Overall I was very impressed with how efficient it was and the food was fantastic as always.
The food here is delicious and a great price for what your getting and I like that you get fries with your burger. Also have good milkshakes as well. I would definitely recommend this place
