They made my daughter feel extra special for her birthday!! She is now 14 and wanted starbucks so Intook her Ben and his employees made her feel so special!! She's also excited to learn that she can work there when she's 16!!
I go in all the time and see the place packed. I never complain because I realize that they are people too who are trying they’re best to get so much out as quick as they can. When I see people fuss and yell at the baristas, it hurts me and makes me want to say something. It’s a shame how awfully the baristas are treated when they work they’re butts off. The team is amazing and nice when I walk in. People are just entitled and rude.
Went to get my morning treat and was greeted at the door with hellos and smiles. Simone was very patient as I ordered my custom drink. The drive through and inside the store were both super busy, but my drink was made quickly and the correct way I ordered it by Alyssa. Everyone is so sweet and works so hard. Thanks for a great experience.
This Starbucks is notoriously slow. If you place a mobile order, it’s known you need to add 15 to 20 minutes on top of the estimated time given. So imagine my shock today that they were on the ball and my order had actually been sitting for awhile. I very nicely asked the lady at the speaker if she could remake my drink and she said yes. When I pulled up to the window, the person there decided to lecture me about how I could have come in to get my order so they wouldn’t have to waste product making another drink. Not cool.
There are some of the sweetest and friendliest girls in the morning they already know my order and are a great way to start my day!
I've stopped at this Starbucks multiple times when I'm driving through town on a trip and it never disappoints me. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The drive thru line is steady and quick. It's been a great place for me to stop for a cup of coffee and a snack for the road.
Visiting Clarksville and stopped for my morning caramel macchiato. I usually have to send them back because I order no foam. Grace made an amazing drink and it was correct the first time. Alyssa was friendly, made us feel welcomed and helpful. I’ll come back for sure.
wouldn’t dare go back to this slow starbucks. they claim they were busy but wasn’t. Drive thru is super slow. literally took 30 minutes for them to get 2 cars. called multiple times to see why and they never answered.
I order the same thing every time, And every time it's different. Different color, different amount in the cup, different taste... Everything about this place is inconsistent. wait times in the drive thru are outrageous, and almost every time I try to get the inconsistent drink fixed, I get attitude from the person behind the counter.
Stopped in here while visiting in town and had a wonderful experience here, staff was very friendly and helpful, I’m always on the hunt for the been there series ornaments and even though this Starbucks didn’t have it, the girl at the counter was thoughtful and suggested another one I could try that might have. They had a great special edition cup honoring those in the service that was really special, they made sure our drinks were what we wanted and would definitely come here again!
