I am currently sitting in the drive-through of Starbucks on Roma Rudolph and I should have known, they are always every single day out I’ll be there strawberries or coconut or something else never have I’ve been here in the last six months that they have been able to fix a drink but they have on the menu it is constantly always out of something. The worst part about it is it is they are used to it and they don’t really care, And I wonder why the tip jar is always empty
Super long wait, used the app to order and waiting 15 minutes inside for my coffee. But, it's Starbucks, sit and relax and watch the batista make all the fun drinks.
Always great drinks, food, and extremely friendly staff. I'm addicted to Starbucks.

I ordered coffee and a sandwich with Uber Eats. Coffee was ALL OVER my sandwich PLUS the coffee was not prepared as requested. I paid a lot of money for items that were ruined and prepared wrong. When i attempted to file a complaint with Star Bucks, I was basically advised it was not their problem and I need to contact Uber Eats. FiRST off.. Uber Eats did not prepare my order wrong and spill coffee all over my sandwich as they packed it. Starbucks packages the orders. It's truly sad to buy something and it's completely messed up!! Terrible cu
Great Starbucks with great customer service! They make the drinks perfect and if not they are happy to fix it! Would highly recommend this store.
Great over priced coffee spot. Service is typically pretty good and friendly. On average you will be waiting a minimum of 10 minutes or more in line.
My experience there was very bad I went to the drive-through to buy a peppermint mocha and I paid a certain amount of dollars for this drink for someone else’s drink and which I don’t understand why the shift manager or assistant is not paying attention or helping the new employer do the work and these mask need to be removed from the face so the customers see their face so they can understand what they’re saying more listening with there ears.
This place is terrible. Who waits 45 minutes for a frkn cold brew. This is unacceptable corporate should really come down here and reevaluate how each of the Clarksville locations are performing and perhaps consolidate employees to better serve this community. I will not be coming back to this Starbucks at all during my time here.
The only way to order now and expect to get it quickly is through the app.
