I'm a UberEats driver so when I got to.pick up orders it seems like customer service goes.out the window...not very nice, ignores you and takes forever to get a order done and packaged even if it's 1-2items....but as soon as i am the customer it's also done in a decent timely.manner and they seem a smidge nicer....also i.always go inside cuz the drive thru is NEVER short and always backed up
The employees always seem to be very happy there, which makes people want to come back. My wife came up with some crazy drinks she seen on tiktok and the employee could have said no we don't make those, instead she said if you tell me what's in it I will make it for you. The drinks are always really good and customer service is an A+.
Great coffee at an extreme price. May have to sacrifice a kid or two, but you be the judge on if it's worth it. Staff and service was quick and friendly. Inside was clean and well kept. Has a display up with different cups and coffee you can purchase if you wish as well. I don't go all the time, however a treat here and there for my wife and I is nice.
The best Starbucks in Clarksville. Great customer service and they know how to fix my drinks perfectly. A great experience here always.
I went and got two double chocolately chip frapps and they hand me 2 almost complete white Drinks and tell me that's what it is. It tasted like complete milk and they tell me that's how it's supposed to be it has no coffee in it. I order it ever other week, it's a dark brown with creme at the bottom and this is completely wrong and she tells me I'm wrong. So I leave with out the drink I want because this lady didn't know how to make it correctly.
These ladies always get my dirty chai just right, everywhere else seems to struggle. I always leave a good tip because they rock

The staff is always pleasant. BUT AN AMERICANO IS NOT BLACK COFFEE. THE CREME IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT AND IT TASTES LIKE DIRTY GROUNDS AND MOP WATER. I WOULD LIKE A CHOICE IF NO COFFEE IS BREWED. WHEN DID ASKING STOP? I will politely order 6 shots in a venti latte if no coffee is brewed. ?? Americanos are disgusting and $3.30+ for a 1.00 shot of espresso diluted is a rip off
The employees are so friendly at this location, even though they are so incredibly busy. The drinks are always perfect and the store is clean.
Always friendly and pretty quick pushing orders through. My only gripe is the difficult location. Always a traffic jam trying to get in or out of the parking lot or drive thru. Oh, and seriously Starbucks, get hazelnut syrup. This is ridiculous how long you're out of such a popular flavor.
