This is hands down the best starbucks in Clarksville. They have always given me my order in commercial quality, just the way I like every time without fail. The staff is also super friendly and nice. I've never been misgendered here, and one of the drive-thru workers complemented my trans flag in my car. Overall there are some great people working here that know what they're doing, so thank you guys for being so great.
It was crazy busy but I have been wanting to try something new and it was my birthday. The girl at the front was so so wonderful and helped me decide what to get and was patient and so sweet. (Oat milk brown sugar shaken latte with white chocolate and it was delicious!) Would definitely recommend this crew and this Starbucks. Please understand it’s in one of the busiest locations in Clarksville so you may need to be patient lol. Great customer service! This was around 1 or 2pm on 2/5/22!
This particular starbucks is ridiculous.. They don't take your order when you pull up they wait untill they are ready apparently. This line is crazy dont make the mistake to get in it.
Tried the Peppermint mocha coffee. I love it!!! Ialso tried sausage. Cheddar and egg breakfast sandwich- I will get a breakfast sandwich from Starbucks only. It was way better than McDonald's and Burger King. It was fresh, hot and tasted amazing. My friend got the mocha drink and the bacon, gouda and egg sandwich. He loves it.
I understand it's the holidays alot going on. new people. but this is not a venti.
As someone who used to be a Starbucks partner and know that when it’s during the coffee rush, it can get crazy. But to have made a mobile hour an hour ago and it to not be ready with all these drinks just sitting there and no one claiming them is disgraceful. I do understand it was short staffed. But in my past Starbucks career and as a past shift supervisor I would have comped the drunks or given a free drink coupon. Never coming to this location again. Never take your stress out on customers

Slow Order 1 hour in advance ? because I knew it would be slow but when I get there waited an extra 30 mins for 1 drink & a danish ? it was the attitude for me when I asked when my order would be ready. Never again I use to be a Starbucks barista a while ago, & I’m understanding person but they need a lot of re training on customer service & making drinks as well. They look like they hate working there kind you Starbucks is suppose to be cheerful & fun. I even tried to make them smile saying Goodmorning ladies & they just kept moving like robots. Management needs to make it fun & help them out to be a little more cheerful & happy. Set the tone for those ladies & maybe their customer service will improve ?
The folks here are amazing! Tuxy gives his Cattacino (pup cup) a 10/10 claws. My Caramel Macchiato was on point and exactly the way I love it-- extra sweet. I'm glad Tuxy and I could bring some Serotonin to y'all today!
I LOVE Starbucks, and I usually ordered from the one on Madison. This morning I ordered from Wilma Rudolph location using my apps. Got there and get my order ready. When I started to drink it in the car, I felt something in my mouth and it was FLY in my ice coffee!!!!! So gross and disgusting ? omg I literally almost throw up!!! Never again orderin from them! So upset about it!!!
