Ordered ahead. Still waited 15 minutes in a stall. Than missing half my order. Called and used the red button. Still no answer. My wife had to go in and ask for the rest of our food. Our food looked and tasted pretty bad. No pride in making food for anyone or making a customer happy. Pretty sad to see an establishment with poor standards.
This was the worst experience I've ever had here. It is the worst spot in Clarksville as well but decided to give it a shot, shouldn't have. I just ordered cheese sticks. Waited 20mins 4 them and when I did get them from the drive thur I bite into them and it dang nab no cheese in them smh and the customer service was trash. Please don't go to thus 1 on Trenton in Clarksville smh.... I would have went back but I was tired from a long day at work. Pics in the reviews, never again.
I went to sonic today and was greeted by the BEST employee i’ve EVER encountered in my life. His name ryder and he was just the sweetest thing. He had the most tender voice and whenever i ordered my route 44 cherry limeade with extra cherry syrup and my bacon cheeseburger with extra bacon he made sure to repeat it back in the exact order and even told to me to have a great day. Then, when i get my order, there was a perfect amount of cherries in the cup and the drink was dark red so i knew he had put the extra syrup. then when i got my extra bacon cheeseburger there was 8 whole pieces. i have never been more satisfied with sonic!!!!! thank you Ryder for making this the experience of a lifetime!
Okay food. Service could be better.
They were closing early due to the weather and the girl that was taking our order didn't listen very well. She missed when I ordered our meals large sized AND entirely missed 1of our 4 meals. Good thing I always check our order before leaving a restaurant. The manager remade the order but wasn't happy about it.
They have a fantastic morning crew - friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.The breakfast menu is outstanding and yummy. It is definitely worth heading to before work or school...
Sadly I have to give them 2 stars I love Sonic but this sonic has gone down hill rude servers my food was cold in the middle I don't have time to go back up there for them to fix it so I'm stuck with a cold coney but hey the onion rings were good gave them a start for that
Just do not waste your time here. Ordered over $40.00 worth of food, confirmed everything on the screen. Then they forgot and entire meal, no big deal. After waiting 10 minutes for them to respond they were very rude. They then wanted to argue about it, saying it was our fault for not noticing it was not present. The waitress then said in a snotty threatening tone, do you want me to get my manager? Please do! Wow, just awful…
Service was great. Fast and polite. Food not so much. We were on the road so ordered and headed out. American hot dog toppings was 80% watery relish, hard to eat and overwhelmed everything else. I had the corn dog and was not offered any condiments. I thought there would be packets of at least ketchup, but no. It was dry and only lukewarm. My husband ordered a caramel shake which tasted good but was so thick he couldn't use the straw. Under normal circumstances no problem. Driving not so good.
Was given the wrong change back (five dollars short) for food. Then food was wrong when put in the bag. Ordered burrito and got sausage egg cheese on toasted bread.
