This is a good Sonic, not trying to say it's not but I did have to get them to fix my order properly and they did and I waited and the food was great. So I know that if something is ever wrong with my order I know they will correct it in a reasonable amount of time and I as well as my family are very happy and satisfied. Never go here. Ever. Worst service in the history of terrible service. 45 minutes and 4 employees to figure out how to put ice cream in a cup. Whoever hired this group of people is not qualified to choose competent employees. If anything sonic should have a illustration of the complex process involved in preparing ice cream..... in a cup. I sincerely hope for everyone's sake this place is closed down and boarded up.
I normally don’t give bad reviews usually have a good experience here but today, we sat for over 45 mins waiting for our food, on top of that when we got our food it was cold and they didn’t even give us our sauce, we asked for sauce , and waited like 15 mins and the lady never came back I had to knock on the door and ask for sauce. Just very very slow today, the drive through is backed up to the street. And employees seemed Rude and had attitudes or didn’t want to work.
Everytime come here they get my order wrong I get it hard find help . This time I asked them to fix my order then a school bus pulled up I get it takes longer mins you I was there and ordered before the bus. I waited over a hour then asked again manager comes out I asked why took so long told me you see the bus and told me I don’t know what to tell you we lost your order no apology then walked off . Called manager of all sonics here waiting for call back will finish when he contacts me .Ok have them one star changing to 3The directors of operations called me within 15 mins and she is amazing said will handle . First time going to a Sonic and it wasn't bad. I would be willing to go back. Had the Reese's peanut butter hand mixed milkshake which was absolutely delicious. Also got the American Coney Dog (I wanted the chilli cheese one, but that was my mistake). This came with tater tots or fries, I chose the tots and they were crunchy, hot, and delicious! The Coney Dog was good for what it was despite it not being what I wanted. Huge amount of relish on it, more relish than anything else. This item is also topped with raw onion.
We ordered the bacon bacon quarter pounder.My 6 year old grandson could have put it together n made it more appealing than what we just half ate. The onion rings were Over cooked n Burnt.Only food edible was the Popper's.On our way home now to cook edible food.We will never stop there again.
My slushy was wrong but it always is when I come to this one BUT that's not why I have it 3 stars. EVERY TIME I come to this one someone has an attitude for no reason (they probably had a reason but i wasn't it). The food is always amazing and they do get your order right just not the slushy
Very slow service waited over 30 minutes just to order. No one wants to work any more.
Fast service.the credit machines at the drive up windows apparently do not work and the employee had no clue which ones worked either. She was nice but you could tell she was there just for the check and took no pride in her job.
Quick for transactions and food was presented and prepared in a safe way. Very pleased.
