Food was hot and fresh. However, thr blast were not filled and were missing about a quarter from every other time I've ordered and one didn't have whip cream and the other didn't have peanut butter added. The burgers, chicken, pickle fries, and drinks were all excellent! I would day for a medium blast they were both filled as a small and that is definitely disappointing.
Sonic has very good food! Sometimes have to wait for someone to take order. Also, I truly enjoy their ice. It's very crunchy and good, but my only issue is that sometimes while eating the ice, their is something in it. Like today, my daughter and I got cups of ice and my daughters ice had a hair in it, and once I almost finished my ice their was a piece of hamburger or something at the bottom. I don't think that is good at all. Maybe the workers could wear hair nets or their hair pinned up. Also a good idea to wear gloves, to be more sanitary, and check the ice scooper for food particles!
I come here every day to get my drinks for the day and the manager Rick is awesome he is ALWAYS so positive and the workers are amazing . They are so friendly. My kids ask all the time to go see Rick and his friends (meaning the staff) ?you don’t get good customer service much these days and you can always count on getting it here in Madison st.Thanks for all you guys do❤️?
App did not show correct parking number. Waited in drive through then told my problem. The manager told me to pull around. So I did infront of drive thru cars. He comes out and yells to get in line. Why am I using the app if I now have to wait in line? I went to the door and asked if I could have my food. He goes to get it saying to another coworker very loud: this woman is so rude! I tried to tip and he let me knowvhe did not want my money! This is my first and last time to use the app. I am an RN that was on call who has 35 minutes to get to the hospital. This was my second time to be called into surgery in past 12 hours. I was not rude to him. What I did do was expect him to do his job in a professional manner. Not make me wait in line letting my food get cold and soggy. It is not my fault your app had me marked at stall 14 when I was in stall 2. Also I did not see a 2 but I saw a 1 beside me. I appreciate your manager coming to work and I understand we all work short staff. But calling a customer rude is not acceptable!
We have loved Sonic in the past, however when you order a med. yellow cake milkshake you do not expect black (looks like mold) on the inside edge of your cup. Yuck. I do have a picture but can't find how to attach it. Clean the equipment. Even if this was banana... you would not want it black!
Very bad expérience. Reparted order 3 times. They still got it wrong. All i ordered was 3 hotdogs. Manager was rude. I would give 0 stars but o had to give 1. Undeserved.
I order the large chili pie,someone have pick it up incorrectly some of the chili was in the bottom of the sleeve and some of the chili was spilled out the front of the sleeve,very messy,Chilli was very runny,and they put maybe 10 chips in it,end up throwing it in the trash
Our onion rings were burnt. My husband quater dbl cheeseburger looked like a pancake and the patties were burnt and covered the bun maybe halfway. The only good thing on this visit was the car hopper who was very nice and the manager that offer to redo the food themselves or come back and comp our food.
I recently came to this sonic on Madison . Very frustrated ? food was cold. Drive through was just wrapped around the building.I asked to speak to the manager never got my order taken. She was a white woman with buff shoulders and a military braid.
Staff was great, food was great. One of the best sonics I've been too. Service was fast and quality was not spared.
