Every time i come to this location, my food is always made fresh and the employees are friendly. I order the same thing every time. French toast sticks and a supersonic premium burrito with no meat. A few months ago they were short staffed, in the midst of frustration the young lady working the window was very patient and informative. Overall, I am pleased with the food and service for what I order and the time I go. Which is around 8:30a-9:45a
Today was a nice day to take my Niece out for lunch. We looked through some Coupons at the local fast food places around Clarksville and decided to go to Sonic at Dover Crossing in Clarksville. I have been here several times. A couple of times though, I've had problems ordering through their App as this is where a lot of specials are advertised.I tried for 20 minutes or better to get my order through. It kept kicking the order back stating..." Unable to processed order.' I finally walked in to see if someone could offer up some assistance. What a total shock I was facing. The place was absolutely filthy. I believe the way they acted towards me and their quick responses, they really wanted me back out side. When I attempted to explain my situation with the problem ordering through their App they did not want to hear it. I was told... " Sorry not our problem!!" When I pushed for a better answer, they were very quick to say," nothing we can do, it's not our problem, you have to leave!"Has any one experienced this sort of trouble at this Sonic on Dover Crossing? I would strongly suggest to any customers seeking to dine here, you are taking your chances. This place should be turned in to the Beaureu of Health. As for the management their, your responsible for the actions and presentation of your employees. In this category, I'll give you an (F). Absolutely horrible useless employees!! If I was your district manager, you would be out the door. You are a detriment to this establishment.Customers be aware!!Very concerned Citizen.
This is the worst sonic in TN. They can’t follow simple instructions or ring stuff in correctly and then blame the customer. Refused to correct the mistakes and was very condescending. I had to call headquarters for a formal complaint to get my refund because the manager was extremely rude. I’d rather drive to Hendersonville next time than order from this sonic ever again.
Staff were amazing! Friendly and helpful. Got the order right but I wasn't a big fan of their chicken tenders. Went home and had a bowl of cereal instead.
Multiple times ordered in drive through, in the spot, and online and they still mess up our orders. They forgot my kids fries on multiple occasions. They forgot our straws. They neglected to tell us that they were out of an item and didn’t even offer us a different item of same value. Horrible staff here!!!

Tonight I pulled in and placed my order in a stall and waited 45 minutes for my food that never came. They proceeded to shut off the lights and close so I drove to the drive thru and had to honk to get their attention. The manager I'm assuming came to the window and said we are closed and I said I know I've been here 45 minutes waiting on my order and he looks at a blank screen for a couple minutes and says we have no orders. Before driving away I told him I would be contacting his manager and corporate office about this. This is completely rediculous and unacceptable. What would you do???Update!!! The management has never gotten back with me after many attempts.The number they have at the window to contact them will get you no where as the mailbox stays full
Very good food! Had bacon, egg, chz biscuit and it was delicious! Dude, the bacon was soooo good! Server I had was very friendly and helpful. I think her name was Kiara (sp?). Great location!
Greats shakes! Fast, Friendly, on point! I go here a lot and I've not been disappointed. Ask for no salt on the tots and the asked for salt packets.... trust me!
Ordered 4 sandwiches. 2 double burgers and 2 crispy chicken- only 1 sandwich was made correctly. The rest was disappointing ? no matter what you want on a sandwich-they put a ton of lettuce & mayo.
