Went through the drive-through to get my daughter corndog and a slushy and Antonio took our order he had amazing customer service and he was very friendly I will look forward to coming back and always asking for Antonio we had a nice conversation and he overall made my morning!03/23/2022: Update/ went last night to get some corn dogs and drinks . Woke up this morning and everyone has upsets bellies and are throwing up every hour ! Everyone except my daughter (who by the way didn’t eat any…)
The food wasn't terrible. Service was decent. I wouldn't recommend getting any popcorn chicken.
Ordered 3 blasts in drive thru. Did not have to wait in full line, they brought out to us. No holder, no straws, no spoons, no napkins. Toppings were very little, basically ice cream.5 Mar 22 - I did as I was asked and went to the website. They politely offered me 2 coupons that were buy 1 item and get a free blast. I had 3 blasts that were basically ice cream and now I have to buy 2 additional items to get 2 free blasts. Why not do what is right and just send me a coupon for 3 free blasts instead of requiring me to buy something else.
Best in Clarksville! It's difficult to get into (or out of) if you're coming from the wrong direction during both rush hours, but totally worth it. Always friendly, polite, and the buns aren't soggy like some others. Shakes are to die for.
Number is to good for them. Waited in line for ten minutes. They didn't even turn speaker off. I could hear them just talking. Girl was not nice. Took me another ten minutes to get my order. Was cooled. Will not be back at this one.
Sometimes it's a long wait here. I'd advise checking your bag because they get my stuff wrong like 25% of the time. That said the food is usually hot and fresh when I get it. And the workers are usually nice.
Went there a while ago…this tiny boy did my order. To my surprise, it was a malnourished teenage girl! Now I have been on this planet for a while, and let me tell you, I have never seen more crunchier hair. She dropped my food, and I wanted to rip that Satan’s jewelry out of her nose! Then, I saw a nasty, fried hair in my food! This is why women shouldn’t work! I expect BETTER!!!!!!
This location is great. I wish they had pineapple for the milkshakes like some of the other locations; but otherwise the customer service is great and my food is always great.
Great place on Charlotte Avenue always ready to take you order stays open 24 7.
This is the worst Sonic I have ever went to. If I could give it negative stars I would at this point. I swore I would never return to it. The one time I do because it was a very last option, they fail me yet again. Sonic is not a bad fast food restaurant, this location needs some SERIOUS supervision from corporate. I would rather eat nothing then return to this location.
