Whole order was wrong. Some of the people their just do not look at orders an do not make stuff right it's super annoying.I ordered a cranberry tea, I got cherry.Our sauces were not in the bad, 2 other drinks were wrong. Just awful
The girls that work the morning shift at the Riverside location are SUPER AWESOME they deserve a raise. They work theirbutts off and maintain a smile regardless of the morning hustle and bustle. 10 stars ladies. Large ice every morning and breakfast changes but they know me and always greet me with a smile. It just makes for a great start to your day. Thanks girls.
I order the double sonic burger meal,my eyes were definitely bigger that my stomach.i was bearly able to finish the burger. The burger was cook the way it should be
Drinks are great. Sonic had the best drinks, but Sonic has a problem with SLOW service. I ordered ahead through the app, then waited over 5 minutes for a drink. I saw one employee on a smoke break and several walking to cars without delivering anything. Sonic is pretty slow at most locations. If they didn't have the best drinks, I wouldn't go there.
I love getting a slushy during happy hour (2-4). I love mixing and trying new flavors. There are so many different combinations
Terrible service, we ordered a RT 44 diet coke with the rest of our order. They were out of diet coke, so they brought us a regular coke. We told them we didn't want it and to just take it off. The worker got an attitude with us, she then wanted to take the money but we told her we needed the new total. She came back out and told us the new amount, we paid and again with the attitude from her. When we finally got up to the window to get our order she didn't even bother to speak to us. Just handed the food out the window and dropped the change in our hand. Anytime we come to this location we have some type of of problem.
This place will either serve you old food or uncooked food. When you let them know they just give you old food again. I ordered cinnamon sticks, and they were not done. Do not get their lemon water for 3:19 either. It's not lemonade.
Come in just a few minutes ago made my order waited the 10 minutes received an order but not my order. If people want fair wages yall should do a fair job.
I typically never eat fast food... for a reason. Butbi was given a sonic gift card for a Christmas present and decided to come here to eat. I ordered a combo meal that was supposed to be 8$ and my car hop Allison upcharged me for the buffalo sauce as well as the drink my total came out to be 13$. I asked about the upcharge and she said "that's how it is". The fries are not even slightly done as seen in the picture cold and chewy. I've also worked here before a year or two ago and they never once cleaned the fryers the oil is completely black. Horrible service never coming again. Also WHY is 2 chicken tenders 4$????
Stopped in to pick up lunch and mgr Rick, Deon and Jeni were so friendly, helpful and nice. My order was perfectly prepared and presented. With the severe employee shortage across the board I commend these folks for a job well done! I hope they are getting PAID top dollar for representing Sonic the way they did. Other employers will steal them away if Sonic isn’t taking care of them. The food was great and a good price.
