First and last time I order from here. The lady that delivered was very pleasant but that is the only good thing to say about it. The teriyaki chicken was so bland had absolutely no flavor and the the chicken fried rice was also very disappointing. I don't ususally complain but decided to call and the lady was very rude and kept talking over me. She kept saying nothing was wrong with the food and that they never get customer complaints. Yeah right!!! I finally had to ask for a manager and she said he was not there. Finally after all that she gave me a twenty dollar refund but was so rude about it. This was horrible service and food was thrown away. Do not order here. We are going back to our usual place which is New King Mao on Needmore Road.
Update on April 8th, 2022: The health department paid them a visit and they confirmed they had roaches crawling everywhere. Raw animal materials left out, food stored at improper temperatures and past expiration! Avoid it at all costs! They got a score of 58 ???Moved here five years ago and for about 3 years this was our favorite place to order from! The food and delivery time was exceptional! Eating in was always great as well.Now it’s gone very VERY downhill. We spent about $60 on delivery tonight. We live 2.1 miles from the restaurant, Order came super late for a couple rolls and one order of honey chicken. It was a soggy, sweaty mess! My roll was so slimy and sweaty it went straight to the bin. I didn’t bother calling to complain or ask for a portion of the money back for the severely delayed delivery and inedible food but this was our last time ever ordering from Soho.

Had an excellent experience eating dinner here on a Sunday. The service was friendly and fast, and the restaurant was clean. Portion sizes were so large I had leftovers for three days!
I live on Fort Campbell. This is not a good place to order from of you live on post. Twice in the last month, I've received half my order. This evening, they did it again. I am on hour two waiting for them to deliver the other half of my order.Don't water your time or money unless you have more patience than I do. And I'm usually very patient.Call me the male equivalent of Karen if you want to, but I know if I'm experiencing this, I am not the first.One more thing waiting on hold for over 10 minutes to just ask when you're good will be delivered is always a good time as well.And then they hang up after being on hold with you. How charming.
Took friends who love seafood, the food was fantastic, as fresh as New York, seafood cooking, sushi, ribs was great. Friendly service, cozy atmosphere.
I’ve been ordering from this restaurant for almost 8 years. Their prices have gone up dramatically and their food quality has decreased these past couple years.
Friendly Food lover here... well hello Soho!First off upon entry, we were greeted and seated. Our server was sweet and friendly. Asked a few questions about certain dishes and she was happy to answer. (She actually chose my plate) lol. Which was Great! The Phoenix was delish. Shrimp with sauteed cabbage and Zucchini, as well as well as general tao. The curry was good. Chicken..sauteed onions/Zucchini/carrots in a light spiced curry sauce. Dumplings were nicely steamed and the wings were crispy. No complaints. Will be back again for sure.
Ordered online for carry out. I ordered 3 different types of Sushi which turned out really good. Looking forward to coming back
Adrian was our server tonight and he was AMAZING!!! He made my daughters Birthday dinner her absolute favorite EVER!!! We will most definitely be back and it is because of him and his wonderful service and delicious food!
