Customer service here is completely lacking. We walked in and were ignored for a solid 8 minutes while the girls wandered around talking about how they only had 20 minutes left until clocking out. Super unprofessional to complain about your job in front of customers. Not to mention our order was messed up 3 times. We ended up just leaving because we didn’t want to deal with it. Smoothie King is great, but the service at this location was not
The slowest smoothie king! It took me more than 40 minutes to order on the drive thru. With only 4 cars in front of me…. Unless you have hours to waste wouldn’t recommend it… horrible!
I've always enjoyed the smoothies here, however recently they are more like icees than actual smoothies. I've ordered multiple smoothies over the past couple weeks and every time it has more ice than any other ingredient. I've ordered the Coffee D-Lite Mocha recently and it seems to be just coffee and ice blended together with nothing else (when it is supposed to have multiple ingredients). I can't drink anything until the drink actually melts, which isn't what a smoothie should be like. The smoothies used to be creamy, and now they are chunky with ice.
The service has always been good here but if I'm paying $6.00 for a smoothie I'd appreciate it if you'd use ripe bananas. Green bananas have a strong taste and come through in the smoothies. Better to just say you can't offer smoothies with bananas until they are ripe..
My only annoyance was paying $13 for a drink and there being an inch of space before drinking it. Of course when it's handed out, it looks full but I drove off and went to put my straw in and literally an inch of space. Drinks are great and I usually go to a different location, so this doesn't ever happen but $13 Is a lot for it to not be completely full.
The employees were super friendly and helpful. They were really nice and fun. The smoothies we got were absolutely delicious!!
It’s a shame ppl only give reviews when they’re angry and most of the time it’s not the employees fault so id like to say how great Smoothie King is great girls working there and honestly I’d pick their drinks over soda or anything any day !!! ❤️
You already know Smoothie King is going to get 5 stars no matter the location!! I love this place.
