I saw this on line and we tried it tonight! We came in fairly close to closing but we’re greeted warmly. Since we had not been there before the guy who was taking our order was extremely helpful in navigating the menu and answered all of our questions. Our food came quickly and was delicious! The Caribbean chicken was tender and very flavorful. I also like that they have real utensils - not plastic. We will definitely return!!!
I ordered my last time from Smokin Chicken today and that makes me sad. I placed a pretty simple order and did what I have done each time I placed an order I drove up and over the rubber hose. In the past a very nice person brought my food and I gave them a good tip. Not today. I couldn’t see anyone anywhere in the restaurant. There weren’t any customers. A woman came out and looked and me and walked back into the kitchen. Another woman did the same. I called the store number. Nobody answered. I got out and went inside. When one of them finally decided to come to the counter, she informed me that for “future reference “ I wasn’t to call them when I ordered, I was to park and come in and get it. I explained that I was doing the same thing I had always done but she said “we don’t do that”. Obviously they don’t answer phones, wait on customers, or give you all of your order since my pita bread was missing. I can understand why the restaurant was empty. They lost another customer today. And it doesn’t appear they can afford to lose any.
The one on exit 11 is so much better than this one. DO NOT EAT HERE! The service is absolutely terrible, they skimp on the sauce, the chicken is dry, and the presentation of the food in the takeout box is just sad. They don’t care. They never will. I go to the one aaallllllll the way in exit 11 EVERY TIME! I hate the Tiny Town location. So disappointing. Shame on the establishment.
Surprisingly, the food was really good. I say surprisingly because the place was completely empty. The reason for the less than 5 star review would be for just one reason.The price for just one person was $20
Well I called to place an order and the guy who I spoke with was SO rude. So you lost a customer before you even got one ??♀️
I really enjoyed the food at smokin chicken. The portion sizes were generous and the bbq chicken pita was PACKED with so much meat. Will definitely be returning to try their other menu selections!
We are a regular costumers to this location till today costumer service hasn't been in issue, well today as I order 2 whole chickens the cashier guy goes in the back and ask who seems to be the person incharge, I ask to get two whole dark meat chicken so the cashier goes and ask can she get two whole dark meat chickens.The guy who is in charge tells him no that I'm full of $:*% by asking for to whole chicken, than he tells the cashier at loud to sale dark meat but he will make sure to give white meat chicken. My problem.is the dishonesty from this place his name is Markell the person incharge tonight.
Ordered half a chicken and I got what’s on the left. Came with the equivalent of 5 cold fries. Pita was cold. Loaded soup was hot(bout the only good thing about it.) Won’t be back again.
The food was delicious, me and my wife had the South West Chicken Pita Plate with Island Rice. Not a budget buster - great value.
This place was so good! Will definitely be back!
