Customer service from waitress on Sunday was great, probably the kindest person in the building. The hostess was going to make us wait 30-40 minutes, when there were several tables open on the concern of overwhelming the cooks. That was a poor reason. Having not like 1 or 2 tables open but many any denying customers to immediate sitting for the cooks is terrible customer service. The food was great from what was ordered. The famous salad bar was mainly low and took over an hour to restock on a slow Sunday. Many people were waiting for the salad bar to be refilled. Only other thing that would be considered is the Cleanliness of the Restaurant. Some parts were clean, others were not. Overall we had a good time with family.
Every employee was super friendly and the food was pretty good. Sophia was our waitress and was the sweetest and friendliest waitress I have ever had. It was my first time at ruby tuesdays and I was not disappointed:)
Service was outstanding. The food could have been a little bit better, but overall the experience was great.
This was a wonderful experience. My date and i sat at the bar and had $5 top shelf margaritas, we both ordered the triple play...? ( Something like that ) it was awesome! Friendly patrons as well as staff. Good service and great food! Definately be coming back.

I enjoyed myself here, the service is great the manager is awesome! I never been to a restaurant where I was just pampered like this! The food is really good, love the strawberry sweet tea. This place is my new retreat for good food great service and of course being dearly attended to. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Just went to Ruby Tuesdays. At 2:30 . There was one family of 4 and another table with 2 people. We sat there for 15 minutes. No sever ever came to the table. We decided to leave. There were NO employees even on the floor. We left. We yelled out and no one answered. This use to be such a good place to eat. And the service WAS was great. Not any more been there about 4 times this year, and every time it has gotten worse. Save your money. Don't go there.
I went to eat here tonight for the first time in YEARS. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was great! Unfortunately the people behind us were extremely rude to our waiter. I wish I knew his name so I could call the manager to brag on how professional he was while he was waiting on them. Unfortunately they didn’t tip (they were loud and obnoxious about it so I heard them), I just wish he could of received the money he deserved.
Been waiting for over an hour for our food. Absolutely ridiculous. Hopefully it comes out good. This place is going down hill since the new management took over.
Portion size is horrible. The service was slow as molasses. Took almost two hours from walking into finally getting a check to be able to leave.
