Once again I had hopes for even half my to go order to be correct but as usual Ruby Tuesday hasn’t disappointed me; cold, no sauce x 2, half of the chips, I luv to waste 25 bucks on a meal McDonalds wouldn’t serve, never again!
We had a party of 14 (4 adults/ 10 children) eat at this particular location. Everyone thought the food was excellent and the service was great even though we kept the staff hopping. I am not sure who or how many people are cooking at this particular location at this very moment (6/2/22 around 7-8 PM), but this was the best meal I have had in several years for this particular chain. I would not hesitate to eat here again with friends and family.
The 2 stars is for their chicken wings and friendly staff. Ribs were really dry, steak was lack luster, the fries have really good flavor but they could have been warmer, baked potato was more like a microwaved potato and the salad bar was pretty tasty though.One of the staff said "I'm no cowboy but I do have ranch" as they were refilling the ranch so that was pretty amusing lol.All in all, I think I'd only come back for chicken wings.
SO DIRTY! This place should be closed down!Waited to be seated 20 minutes before we saw a single employee. While walking to our seats and looking around I was grossed out. Looks and feels dirty. After being seated my child went to the bathroom, came back and told me the horror of mess and smell. We left.The bathroom is a place in a business everyone can see. If you're okay with customers seeing that horror could you imagine what the kitchen looks like.
Don’t expect to be acknowledged or seated if you’re African American. It’s really sad in this day and time. My family of six waited 10 minutes only to be looked over by 3 employees. The bald man at the bar looked at us 3 times and never said anything. I finally spoke up and asked another employee is there a host working. He told me someone should come soon. Needless to say, we decided to take our business elsewhere.
Tried online ordering. Paid bloated prices for sides and didn't receive any of them. None of the sides came with the triple play platter even though it cost an additional $6. Wife didn't receive the pasta advertised with the chicken parmesan, and also forced to pay gratuity with the online order for pick-up before you're serviced. Had a similar experience with a different location. 2 instances in 2 different locations, will not be going for a 3rd. $91 for a family of 4 for food of similar quality to a walmart deli.Edit: wrote the review while I was upset and forgot to try the ribs first. They were crunchy
been there 3 times since last Sunday....lol..food was so good and salad bar had all fresh ingredients...delicious!
Worst meal in 9 yrs sango site new orleans seafood dish so bad could not eat it. Will never go back. Nasty food. You would think chefs would not send garbage out to customers. Lost business with me and my friends.
Our waiter was efficient, friendly, & attentive. He was the only waiter I saw, so balanced it all very well. The ribs were fall off the bone delicious, baked potato done perfectly, & broccoli fresh & cooked just right. All in all, a wonderful dining experience. My best recommendations to chef & staff!
The awesome burger is delicious. And the salad bar has a lot to offer. I just wish more vegan options were considered.
