Good meal and a very good server.
This may have been the worst meal I've had in awhile in a nicer restaurant. The poor waiter must have been frustrated, but I kept assuring him I knew the issues were coming from the kitchen. I sent back cold mashed potatoes and they came back just as cold. Many issues and manager did take one meal off the check since it wasn't eaten. Took my friend and hers wasn't very good either...hopefully they will get things together in the kitchen:(
It's been a long time since I have ate at red lobster. Well I'm a little disappointed. I ordered the seafarers special. The only thing worth eating were the breaded shrimp and fries. The lobster had funny taste to it (really strong) and it was cooked too fast (chewy). The scallops Well it was the first time I've tried them. Just not for me. I like red lobster. I just won't be going to that one.
It's red lobster..You're greeted with scratched up tables, lobsters in a tank and all the filler items you can want. It's not bad food but the variety isn't there. Lobster fest is ok, but after a while it's the same thing over and over. I wish red lobster would reinvent themselves, have oysters blue crab claws or something more fresh.
Very impressed by the welcoming staff. As well as the standards set for presentation and cleanliness. First time experience being to a red lobster and I definitely recommend.
Good Food and Great atmosphere
Today was a horrible experience with both the service and the food. I got the lobster lovers dream and both lobster tails were bland and rubbery. the pasta was so dry like it had no sauce. The waitress was horrible there was only 2 tables why I was at lunch. when my drink was brought out I asked for a straw she disappeared after telling me she would bring me one. Then she was walking back and forth on her phone I guess she was more worried about that I ended up getting up and ask the host for one since the waitress never came back to my table. When I finally got my food her thumb was in my food so had which I find gross. I got one refill and surprise surprise the waitress disappeared so 10 min later I got back up and asked for one. This meal was 40 dollars and not one but was enjoyable I don't think I will come back.
The service was great and the food was okay. It did take a while to get our entrees after we got our appetizers. I ordered the chicken Alfredo and there was barely any chicken, maybe one slice of chicken breast grilled and spread across the plate.
Our server was Adonis H. He was great! Food took a little bit, but he kept us posted on it's progress. Checked on us just enough. Not too little where we had to look for him, but not too much that it was bothersome.
