Another chain that just isn't what it use to be. Still ok chicken but then again the fast food curse got me again. The missing part of my order so I had to go back. At least this crew got the rest of my order quickly and was nice about.
I had a bad experience at Popeyes that day. My beans and rice was put in the same bag with the chicken box, causing my beans container top to pop off inside the bag. Beans and rice everywhere inside the bag. Then they over packed my box when I went to get the box out of the bag, I picked the box on the sides, chicken fell out the back of the box. Situation went from bad to worse
The food is always great at a reasonable price. The lady that worked there at night was really sweet. Great customer service. We forgot one thing on our order and we went back to talk to her and she was able to fix that with no problem.
Everything was amazing. My first time ever and I was so impressed. Food was hot and presentation ? I highly recommend this place. Thank you Popeyes !! I will be back. Thank you for a wonderful chicken sandwich. Shirley
I went after my first church service at lifepoint!! It was amazing, by the way.. even though it was a little busy I didn't mind the wait. The manager was the cashier and they did an amazing job as a team. They took orders, steadily prepared fresh food, and maintained online orders at the same time. My son and I ate inside and it was very good. I recommend based off of this experience!
Long lines inside and at drive through. Got cold fries (nothing is worse than that) and asked for lots of all their wonderful dipping sauces for the chicken tenders, but all they put into the bag were ketchup packets, hot sauces and honey packets. Very disappointing Popeyes visit. ?
they give us 7 wings from a 16 piece family meal and shorted us 3 pieces of meat.
Placed my order and was told to move to the first parking spot and someone would bring my food. Started noticing people who pulled in after me was getting food and leaving. So after 30 minutes of waiting I decided to go in and check on my order. Got to the cashier/manager and let her know I've been waiting. She lied to my face and said "Oh!! We wanted to give you fresh chicken". So everyone who was served before me got bad chicken? Terrible service, not even a "Sorry you had to wait" when finally given my order. Dont think I'll be going back. If I can give a zero rating this would be the time to do it. Do better Popeye's!!
Not sure what is going on, Management doesn’t seem to have it together. Tonight we waited 45 min in drive for our food. I was willing to give them staff aChance thinking they were short staffed, however when we pulled to the window you could see three other employees ( total staff 5) in the back office laughing and having a good old time. Not to mention there was a hand written note stating they were not taking orders past 10.The back line person who was making our food (in a gray shirt) I assume the manager had no since of urgency at all. Unfortunately the lack of care and concern for the people in line has convinced me that my hard earned money will be better spent elsewhere.
Most dysfunctional restaurant ever. I ordered a 3 pc chicken tender and it took them 30 minutes to fill the order. Kids in the kitchen are out of control and the manager was on the register just taking orders. The manager should be coordinating the flow of work..
