I stopped in to grab dinner and it always seems like everyone there hates there job. You aren't greeted very welcoming and I can't stand when I say I want a number 5 and they fire back with is that all instead of given me time to order the food and letting me say and that will be all. I got the 5 tenders and 2 of them were like rubber so just tells me they weren't cooked all the way.
I just got a three piece combo and it took 35 minutes.... there's 10 people working in the back and front area the girl that was in the front drive-thru was hugging people while handling food???.... other one was touching her face and touching people's drinks?? I will not put my money there again....Exit 8 the best!!!! Need better manners while you're handling foods they need to wear gloves and face mask.
I frequent this establishment and I am found that the chicken was inconsistent on a couple of occasions. On this particular time I called and was telling the supervisor about the issue and she hung up on me. I expect quality food and service, which I did not receive. I did report this to corporate and they issued a $10.00 credit that none of the stores are aware of. I would advise to be aware and maybe if enough complaints are made to corporate and the general manager, quality will become more consistent, along with good customer service
Since i had coupons from i decided to go to this place today, i didn't mind the long line in the drive thru. I ordered the TWO CAN DINE 5 PC mixed Signature i get to the window and the lady was like " you didn't tell me u had a coupon" with an attitude and she just took my card gave me back the coupon, and just charged me the regular price. She didn't even say she would charge me the regular price.I didn't think it would be a problem, I ordered exactly what it says in the coupon. So disappointed. This is what I get for trying to save $2?smh
Hello, I had the Spicey shrimp with fries and Creole Cocktail sauce which was all spicy. The chicken is good it has interesting taste, beans are good too everything taste OK.
I LOVE THAT CHICKEN FROM POPEYES! But this is a review of the flounder fish sandwich particularly the hot flounder fish sandwich. I thought that it would have like some spicy seasoning sprinkled on the fish to make it hot but noooooo they actually season it with the same sauce that is on the hot spicy chicken sandwich which kills the taste of the fish. I wouldn't recommend this if you like flounder for you will not taste the fish at all. I will be back to try the regular fish to see if it's a good sandwich soon.

No employees were wearing a mask but they need to be wearing them since the dining room is closed to eat in. I wore my mask inside to keep from getting sick. We have ordered food from there many times with no problems. We were just there this morning and everything was just good as expected but a tomato would be great with a meal.

I wouldn't give this Popeye's a 1/2 star; I would give a minus starif if I could. Worst service ever from a Popeye's store. Single dad, didn't want to cook, so, the kids and I stopped by the 1640 Ft Campbell Blvd Popeye's store. I ordered four meals and they try to steall one of my sandwiches. I ordered 3xspicy sandwiches and 3xfries, 6x chicken strips and dries, and PAID for them. By the time I got to the window, the lady handed me a bag with 2xsandwches, 2xfriesi and a box with only chocken tenders no fries. Then, when I inquired about the 3rd sandwich, sitting on her counter, the lady told me that i had to pay for it. I replied, that I already did. It took rheir incompetent manager, who took the order, to giveme the 3rd sandwich while slamming the window at me. The store GM should looking to the management of this Popeye's store, you lost me as a customer, and you will lose more people. I forgot, when l asked for mustard and BBQ sauce, I was told I had to pay an extra $1.50 for each. I have seen bad customer service, but never this low. That was horrible, they try to cheat me out of my food that I paid for.
