Coffee was good, had several specialty flavors, tried the creme brulee latte, good flavor but just a little sweet for my taste. One of us had the honey and cinnamon latte, very strong on the cinnamon but good overall flavor, the other two had the bourbon latte which had a good smokey flavor. Avacado toast and macarons, my favorite was the blueberry macaron

***Drive to Getsome instead. Another local and veteran owned business. Worth the drive to avoid this coffee.***Tried to order a drink with just espresso, chocolate and hot water. Mocha made with hot water, Americano with cocoa, hot chocolate with espresso shot...however you'd like to say. Was told flat out no. Owner does not allow modifications of ANY kind to ANY drink. I would be allowed to use a non-dairy milk in a mocha, but asking to use hot water instead of a milk was no bueno. Won't ever come back. Overpriced ($6.50+ for 16oz) and guess I'm heading to Starbucks..**Edited to include, spouse's latte was barely warm and had zero taste of "creme brulee." (It was recommended when he asked about caramel, which was sold out.) Just a lukewarm latte with white sugar. Not worth the price.***Have to add another edit to include my daughter's UNDRINKABLE strawberry espresso whatever it was called. Had an inch of sweet cream disguising the bitter rotten mess off strawberry/coffee floating beneath. Maybe could work to hide the gross if the sweetness was mixed in, but it floated at the top so that it came out of the lid first (no straws for stirring). Both drinks wound up in the trash.

Plumb Line is unquestionably the best café in Clarksville. This is a 3rd wave shop. Do not disconcert yourself by coming here in search of fast and overly sweet coffee. The menu is classic with a few health options and unique items revealing their made-in-house syrups. The baristas are friendly and knowledgeable artisans. The interior is rustic yet polished. A delightful atmosphere, I always enjoy the music that’s playing. The tables offer outlets for computer/phone chargers and there’s a relaxing spot in the back with comfortable armchairs and self-serve water. It’s the perfect place to study or decompress. There’s even a small basket with children’s books.Altogether a breath of *traditional* fresh air in the sugar slinging south - It’s nice to visit a shop that takes care to craft a great cup of coffee just the way it is. You’ll pay for quality here.

I want to preface this by saying the staff were polite, friendly, welcoming and this is not a reflection of the establishment, just my experience with the food/drink.The Breakfast burrito was hot on the outside and cold on the inside, the eggs were cubes which makes me think it was pre-frozen. It did not taste good. The coffee was, and without exaggeration, the worst coffee I've had in the area, was burnt and did not taste good.I still support this business, they just need to revamp their menu a bit I think. Also, the Prices are insane. 8$ for a small burrito and the same price for their toast options? What is going on here?

Yo, the Bourbon latte with oatmilk is by far the buffest, gnarliest, most delicious coffee. If you're like my gorgeous girlfriend, you'll much prefer the velvety smooth, succulent sweetness of the Lemon blueberry white mocha(with that decadent oatmilk, of course).I highly recommend both their avocado toast AND the banana almond butter toast. Could you make both at home for cheaper? DUH. But you ain't are you? Thought so. Buy it here instead and just take the hit.Side note, the Stout latte was bomb af too.. but that Bourbon latte saves lives.Shred city, let's rip it!

Excellent bittersweet mocha, friendly service and the most awesome cold brew apparatus in the windows. Service was a little slow, but the barista warned us that they were short staffed. Superb location in downtown Clarksville

Very friendly staff, greeted me immediately. Helped me understand some of the menu items that I was interested in. Cafe was very relaxed sophisticated style. My "dirty" (espresso) sunflower turmeric based latte with Oatly brand oat milk (my personal favorite!) was delicious and I had a chocolate chip pumpkin muffin, a little too sweet for me but delicious! Novel cafe in all of Clarksville. So grateful y'all were open day after Christmas. I will return.

The ladies working on the night of the parade should get a raise! They were all very sweet, and calm during the rush. Had no problem waiting for my order. Their coffee never disappoints!!

These guys know what they're doing! Great atmosphere, easy parking, nice area to walk around, and most importantly they have great coffee. I have worked in a coffee shop before and love hanging out at coffee shops, and this place is *much* better than most places I've ever been. They have a pour-over menu in addition to espresso. When talking to the barista about the menu, she knew so much that I mistook her for the owner. They had two Ethiopian pour-overs, and the one I tried was excellent. I can't recommend them highly enough.

This place is super quaint and cute! I like working remotely here. It’s quite enough to focus and not get distracted!
