Ordered a medium pizza (3 topping) with 8 boneless wings, 4 bottles of pop, and bread sticks. When I ordered online, it gave me a double order of bread sticks and I was unable to change it to one order, but they got eaten anyways! I had ordered a variety of pop, but only received Pepsi and Sierra Mist. I honestly don't mind that mix up though. The quality of the food was great front he taste to the temperature to the time it arrived. It was overall a great experience. I paid I believe $37 for that which also included the delivery fee.
I placed my order on a Monday night. I was on the phone with the call center for 20 minutes. Upon arriving at the location, I found out that my order was not sent through. Several other customers had the same issue. I was disappointed and about to leave BUT Anna, was sooo much of a big help. She was short staffed, yet she remained calm, professional and helped me out tremendously! She is literally keeping this location together all by herself. I applaud her and all of her efforts. I frequent this location often for carryout and on this day, I was pleased and happy Anna was working. THANK YOU ANNA!
I don’t know what’s going on with the answering service for the Pizza Hut on Tiny Town road. They are terrible! Bad attitudes and the last person was a guy that hung up on me because I questioned the price of a pizza we buy every week. He sounded frustrated and maybe he was, but get a new job!!! Something needs to be done about the terrible answering service that clearly is not local.
Last night, I pre ordered my 3 pizzas an hour ahead of time but apparently 1 pizza was never made. When my son arrived to pick up at the scheduled pick up time, he was told it was being REMADE which cannot be done to something never made. I called to find out why it was taking so long and the manager was out right rude. I asked what was the problem as I was not the one picking up the order. Then when I asked if a discount had been applied because again I was not the one picking up and was unsure, the person on the phone (whom I found out was Anna the GM) says “Well, it was made. We are a little busy here.” I wasn’t even that upset they were 15 minutes late for an order they had an hour to make. But that woman was so rude and it was uncalled for. It was their mistake. They were wrong. We were given nothing but attitude and 2 pizzas that had to sit for 15 minutes while they REMADE the third pizza that they never made to begin with. As long as she (Anna the GM) is the manager there, I will not be back or suggest it to anyone I know. There’s a papa johns right around the corner from me.
I called and the missing food was credited to my account. It seemed like a busy night with not enough employees, so I get it but still. I had missing cheese sticks and the bread sticks I did get was so greasy it had soaked through all the bags they were in and the pasta was pretty dry. The wings were good.
Spent $23.89 Ordered chicken and beef and I got pepperoni (Pork) called they want me to take the pizza back and they will fix it or they will credit $ 10 for my next order they don’t make sense. My last order from this place
I ordered almost $60 worth of food! My wings had almost NO sauce ordered 3 pizzas only supposed to have 1 topping each, they all ended up with bacon on them along with the topping they were supposed to have
Exactly what I ordered. Thanks. I do wish you all offered cheese as a dipping sauce option. My son chooses papa johns sometimes solely on the fact that they have cheese dipping sauce.
My ordering was easy and the staff was very friendly. I had an issue and they took care of it right away with no problem.
The product was great tasting and packaged so we had both dinner and breakfast covered all for a fair price.
