Slightly over priced but tasty. Chicken or steak either is good, lemonade is great and fries are good if you eat there, don’t get them to-go.
I ordered via DoorDash & for one of my sandwiches I didn’t want any condiments on it but DoorDash doesn’t have that option so to complete the order I had to select something. I called & spoke to Zach & he was pleasant to talk to. I asked to make an adjustment & he handled it with ease!
We used to love Pen Station but last week my husband got very bad food poisoning from there. He had a grilled Italian Sub. We will not be returning. It was one of the worst cases of food poisoning I've seen.
Always slow to pick up and they wait til the driver gets there to start making the food. Never a complicated item but the longest wait anywhere. Drivers beware!
Very good sandwich!Everything was hot and fresh and loved the tastes in my mouth.
Nothing what I expected and the fact the person let it go out like that was even worse. Our fries were completely over cooked and soggy and they were all almost END pieces of fries or crumbs everywhere in too! Looked nothing like anyone else’s fries that I’ve seen or anything like they do in the menu..my corned beef sub had more sauté Kraute than corned beef and was cold as can be when Grubhub brought lt to us! Where’s the yummy fries everyone speaks of because I got a burnt pile over cooked all END PIECES and few overly greasy floppy burnt looking ones the rest were all burnt end pieces. How you think any of that is acceptable to send out your door when a medium shared size fry is almost 6$ when we spent over 40$ on Grubhub! Not ok worstFirst experience ever. Highly let down because I was told nothing but good stuff! Not sure if I can get over those fries..that’s the stuff of nightmares.
Came out very hot that was great! I ordered chicken parm, but could not find any marinara sauce on it. I only saw 2 small spots on the entire sub! Fries were just a little warm. Each time I go, I give them a coupon, upon checkout and total, I have to tell them that they were given a coupon. It appears that you have to REMIND them to honor the coupons!
Just placed an order online that they claimed didn't go through...the company debited my account but I still got no food nor a refund.....Manger was very unhelpful and RUDE!!!! Then once I found out what was going on I went back to place an order and they were not friendly at all more rude....this crew needs more customer service training
Had a supply chain issue today. They ran out of plastic forks. My wife ordered a sandwich and I ordered a Chicken Caesar salad. There was a new counter girl who got a little overwhelmed. She kindly brought out my wife's sandwich but forgot my salad. She filled other orders. So, I stood by the counter until she realized she'd forgotten me. Salad was OK, but they had to go next door to Wingstop for my utensils. The world did not end.
I was very disappointed. The sub was an absolute mess and there was only 2 pieces of meat on the entire sub.
