I arrived earlier than the expected pick up, so the manager was courteous enough to start my order right away, and within a few minutes my order was completed(which was greatly appreciated). Upon arriving at my house and unpacking the contents of the bag, I noticed that neither salad contained a chicken breast, rather they had slivers of chicken which didn't even measure up to half a breast. Also missing was a breadstick, the least of my complaint. We're paying almost $14 apiece for a grilled chicken salad, we expect to have a full breast of chicken, not slivers. Maybe I'm just not aware that that's how Panera makes their salads, but if that's the standard I definitely won't be going back to any Paneras. Never been anywhere that serves slivers of meat and passes it off as a "chicken salad". Deeply disappointed and dissatisfied
The food has always been good and quick to serve. Highly recommend
I order delivery from this location often as well as going to their drive thru. They are often out of something that I am trying to order. Things usually go smoothly when I order delivery and my order is usually accurate. This time I ordered a full chicken caesar salad w/extra dressing on the side and a full bowl of broccoli cheddar soup. The prices for items ordered for delivery online are already more than if I went to the restaurant, but they had the nerve to send me a TINY salad with three pieces of chicken that I paid $12 for. I clearly don’t mind paying for delivery but seriously this will be my last time ordering from Panera Bread because it’s getting ridiculous. I do not recommend this store at all.
Went to Panera today. I ordered a soup, they did not put a spoon in the bag. Also the piece of baguette they gave me was extremely small, it was less than half the size of what they usually give. I had ordered extra bread that wasn’t in the bag. I attempted to call them but no one answered the phone. I should’ve went to Chick-fil-A at least they get the order right and include a spoon with soup.
Food has really gone downhill. Many of my favorites are no longer available... No ham or Swiss cheese - really. We ordered for pickup, and when we got there, someone else had picked up our order. The quality of your food and customer service is not in worth your price. I have another gift card to us, so may have to use it for bagles........
I Come here for that passion smoothie, especially after a crazy day of errands..This location did give me the wrong breakfast souffle. I ordered spinach. Young lady gave me the last (boxed already) souffle. Only to find out it was cheese, and the Cresent crust was burnt. I didnt complain simply because I was HUNGRY and there was sleet outside. I rate the souffle a 2/5. For the most part this location always get my food right. Pastry wise, they do run out of some goodies. Ill come early next time, probably 6am vs. 10am
Service was fast, although nobody was up front to take an order. Everything was done via a tablet and felt very impersonal. Food tasted good, but was in extremely small portions for what you're paying for. Don't feel the need to go to a Panera again cause I'd need to order multiple meals just to get enough food.
Great food, great service. Didn't wait long even though there was a line of customers and the restaurant looked short-staffed. Good spacing of the tables for guests not to be sitting on top of each other and breathing whatever current strain of cooties are going around on each other. The restaurant looked very clean, always a plus, but nice to see when it's obvious the staff was spread thin. I had a bowl of 10 Vegetable Soup. DANG, the bowl is HUGE! But I didn't feel embarrassed or anything...it's veggies, right? I joked with my friend that I was going to count to make sure they didn't leave any out. Here's the short list of ingredients from their website: Tomatoes, red and yellow peppers, onions, corn, carrots, celery, spinach, poblano peppers and garlic simmered in seasoned vegetable stock with chickpeas, sprouted brown rice and red fife and dried Aleppo chile. Delicious, very satisfying on a cold night. Didn't sit in my gut like a belly bomb like some richer soups might. My friend got the Fuji Apple Salad with Chicken. It looked fresh and pretty tasty. The green stuff was green, not washed out watercolor green like salads at other places. And the other stuff looked like it was supposed to also. Here's what's in that salad: Chicken raised without antibiotics, arugula, romaine, baby kale and red leaf blend, grape tomatoes, red onions, toasted pecan pieces, Gorgonzola and apple chips tossed in sweet white balsamic vinaigrette. Definitely would go again.
I’ve come to this panera a few times a week for a while now and the last 2 times I have ordered the mac and cheese it has tasted very odd. Like bitter. Not how it usually does. I can’t even stomach it and I wasted money and time on lunch I can’t even eat. Both times were over a week apart so I don’t know what’s going on in there kitchen.
Went thru drive up window with simple order. Older man made me pull up to have an associate bring it out even though no one was behind me. OK. Finally brought out my order and when I got home found that my sandwich did not have turkey on it! I called. Nope. They don't answer their phone despite many people standing on the line.
