Good Food a little pricey but you get to choose large or small portions...Clean restaurant courteous staff... Highly recommended
I get the Kung Pao Chicken with half brown rice and half greens bowl when I come here with my family. They usually get the orange chicken. We love the food here. It's always fresh, hot and fast. The drive-thru employees are always very friendly and welcoming. For this fast-food chain, I'd say this one is definitely one of the better ones.
Ordered beef and broccoli, received 3 peice of beef and stock of broccoli that was tough and hard to chew.Fryed rice was good
Food was cold. Only got 1 beverage was supposed to be 2. Asked for fried rice, but they gave us day old white rice. There was no napkins or soy sauce in the bag. It wasn't like they were real busy. Even if they were, they should get the order right. Not sure what has happened to this place. They used to be good.
New location, great! Terrible food. Third time I’ve ordered, different times of the day, different weeks, still getting seriously undercooked rice. It’s disgusting. Save your money and go elsewhere

I had ordered a plate with two entrees and I was looking at my receipt, because my husband and I thought it would be around $12.00, I got charged $14.34. As I looked over the receipt I noticed not only that they over charged me but also they got my order wrong and that's why I decided to go inside. I had ordered Chicken Mushroom and Honey Walnut Shrimp. The receipt read two Honey Walnut entrees. I explained it to the guy who happened to take my order thru drive thru and he immediately told me he remembered my order as it should have been and quickly got the manager involved for a refund and to correct my order. The manager was very kind and responsive and gave me the refund and the guy that took my order gave me hot fresh food for my order and got my order corrected.It was great and plenty, I will be back!Thanks guys at Panada Express on Madison Street!
Great food. People are good. First time being there and was different trying to order.
Excellent food and excellent service. What else can you ask for? The staff were all having fun doing what they're doing. And it made their service fast, and up to quality expectations.
Today I was served old beef and broccoli (causing stomach upset) and soggy rice. At least the portion was tiny, which was also not up to standard. I’m not going back.
