The place has gone so far down hill. The entire restaurant is filthy dirty. There were fingerprints all over the front door as you entered. There were six employees standing around the check in desk, including the manager, and no one was working. Meanwhile there was trash on the floor everywhere and none of them could bend over to pick it up. Our server was very nice and professional. The food was bland and dry. Just one more reason to stay home and cook. Pride and quality are no longer a requirement in chain restaurants until they end up out of business.

I was seated immediately upon entering. Waitress was as great as any I've ever had. Very positive experience. I had the fried ravioli appetizer and chicken gnocchi soup. Service was excellent.
Was a busy Saturday in the area and we were seated immediately. Food was out quickly and was very good. Perfect portion size. Salad and bread sticks were good. Good experience and very nice server.
Went in for a drink and dessert. Arrived at 7:30 pm. The sign on the door said they were open till 8:00 pm. Plenty of time for a dessert. The manager was assisting the seating lady and seemed disgruntled at having any more customers come in. We ordered the tiramisu and a couple of cappuccinos. The tiramisu was delicious. It wasn't the kind of over the top, a sweet dessert I was hoping for, but it was OK. The cappuccinos were awful. All the cappuccinos I remember getting at other places come in a tiny cup but these came in large saucer-type mugs smothered with whipped cream. I couldn't even taste the coffee because there was so much milk in the cup and they were barely lukewarm. The staff appeared to be in a hurry to leave because as we were attempting to have our romantic moment, several employees brought out the slop cart and parked it right next to our table as they busied themselves with sweeping, collecting old dishes, and wiping down tables. It was very discourteous to the customers who were still sitting at the tables with their food. My date said that the women's bathroom was so nasty that she opted not to use it. On the way out she mentioned the condition of the bathroom to the grumpy manager and the manager rudely said, "We're about to close"
The lasanga was disgusting n looked as if it had been left over . I got a second order n it looked worse. I've been eating there for 23 yes n this is the most disgusting meal I have ever had. The cook needs to be fired ASAP!! I
Take out order was prompt and my son loved his ravioli with the sauce on the side, yeah weird likes them plain. We waited less than 2 minutes when we pulled up, after a long drive home after the holidays that was nice.I'm not a food expert, but it was good and did the job. I'm here to rave about how good the service and timing was.
We visit fairly often and generally the service is good and the food excellent. Occasionally there is a short wait for a table. My children ask to eat here often and there are healthy options. This is a good spot for extended family gatherings to eat. At one point there was a limited menu due to covid but they seem to be back to offering a larger selection.
very good food, just enough portions to get you full. Went here twice in the same week with my grandmother and tipped the waiters 30$ for such good service I try to makeup for tables that aren’t happy campers to the servers when they’re trying. the cheese cake is a must have and salad is to die for I always get it when I come in. oh and the steak!? best steak ever I was so shocked lol. The restaurant is beautiful and clean, will be back.
Enjoyed the food however every time I've walked into Olive Garden that week it smelt of vomit or the bathroom in the whole restaurant. I don't know if it had to be due to the rain from a few weeks back or if someone had too much of a fun time there.
