Ate here July 3rd and none of it was really good. I ended up with severe food poisoning and in the hospital. I will NEVER be back. I’m still miserable but on the mend. This was the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had.Do better or close your doors. The poisoning I had would kill an elderly person or someone with medical problems.I should also mention how the bathrooms smelled of very strong sewage. As I read through other reviews, this has been a ongoing problem. It was so bad, I turned around and didn’t go in there. Absolutely disgusting!

I never ever give bad reviews, but you all have got to do better. Placed order online because no one answered to go line. Order was supposed to be ready at 6:57pm. Get there and no curbside spots available not because people are waiting for to go orders. The people actually parked in curbside are not in their cars which means they are eating inside. I call at 7 pm and a guy comes out and says they have not started working on order. Then they tell me to park in the purple heart parking spot. Absolutely not. What if someone actually needs it? Anyways, I finally go in to get a refund and my order is on the shelf and has been ready since 6:53 per my ticket! The to go attendant is just talking and hands me my order. I felt bad because she had 50 door dash orders but said that was earlier today. I don't understand why it took so long?

Took my number down incorrectly. So they skipped seating us. Waitress was good. She didnt come to the table much. But she was friendly. Food was descent, steak over cooked and food did not taste like O'Charleys style. Definitely had better. Not sure if they have new staff but hopefully next trip will be better.

We had a wonderful waitress. Very attentive. I had the unlimited Soup and Salad for $6.99 Very reasonable price. Great atmosphere, and the food was delicious. More so than all, the waitress was really good. Sorry I couldn't remember her name. I highly recommend this place for lunch.

Wow, where do I start… The hostess was arguing with a customer on the phone when we entered and seemed overwhelmed with the people waiting. The server was okay but the food was awful! The rolls were tiny and hard as a rock, the loaded potato soup was nasty (like you threw some potatoes in a batch of nacho cheese straight out of the can and heated it up) one of our steaks was not cooked properly, the sweet tea was not sweet, the chicken tenders looked more like chicken nuggets and no honey mustard sauce (we had to ask). The only thing my boyfriend said was good was the cold beer he had! I also witnessed some female employees arguing up by the carry out station. They were loud and pointing fingers, etc. No management in sight…. Also, nobody seemed to be wearing name tags anymore. Sad thing is we gave up on Hopkinsville and had always had good service here until last night. I do realize every restaurant is short staffed right now, but last night was a complete fail….. I also noticed a family walking out with 3 boxes of leftovers and they weren’t even offered a bag to put them in. Just sad!

Wife and I here for dinner at 5 PM. Get told there is a 15 to 20 minute wait, unless we'd like to sit at the bar. Quick peek inside and over 1/2 place is "EMPTY". 20 minutes go by and by now there are 15 people waiting for a seat.We finally get called and seated in one of the many open booths. I asked the waitress why the long wait and get told there are only 2 servers. Really? At 5 o'clock? Maybe one of the managers shoulda stepped up?Waitress was nice, food was great... Just don't understand the long wait for a half empty restaurant. Thus only 3 stars.

Great food and service considering they were short staffed and waitress was slammed. Our server Sarah was very attentive not only to us but to the other tables around us.

It was super fun service was great. Ty

Today was the worst experience ever at O Charley's. We got there right before the lunch hour we got seated right away but the it took forever for the waitress to come. We ordered our drinks and then it took her forever to come back and take our order. So we ordered I was getting impatient because people that came after us were getting their food and we weren't. Half an hour later our food came the loaded potato soup wasn't very good very watery i had the chicken tenders dinner with fries. The fries were the only thing that was good the chicken was very greasy and had a old oil taste. My husband had a the steak and tenders his chicken was also very greasy he had a corn on the cob and it wasn't very good it was so small. Our waitress just kept on walking by and not asking us if we need anything. We won't be going back there again. I know things are different now a days but if you want people to come to your place it should be better. Thanks for nothing.

Sorry I can not put a negative number . Service is a MUST for any restaurant . I arrived 15 min before my friend was to be there so I decided to be seated and have a beer and the great rolls while I waited . I was totally ignored for 15 min . Not even eye contact even though the waitress for my table passed two feet from me on the way to tales she was serving . The hostess did not even say a word as she seated others . My friend arrived and after another 5 min the waitress FINALLY stopped . I tried to order a draft beer and was asked for my ID . We are both grandparents so I said no and we just got up and left to go some where more friendly . We stopped at another restaurant and had a good meal and a beer with no ID required . I understand the law but common sense still must rule . Obviously neither of us will ever return to that location.
