I love this place! I come about once every two weeks and I never have had a problem with them. Always great customer service every time no problem. I’d recommend this restaurant to anyone
Food is was so good and the people that work there are so nice and funny. Their drinks are fire too like the lemonade was actually sweet and the Kool aid I CANNOT STRESS HOW GOOD IT IS. Y’all should definitely go here fr.
Customer service was very good! Don’t get me wrong, but I asked for my wings to be well done to give them a little crisp, but these things were just plain out burnt. They were very much inedible. This was my first time trying, and I was excited as I’ve been wanting some good wings, but this is just disappointing. Will not be returning.

They are never open always closed.They NEVER answer the phone at 11:00 when they are supposed to open. If you arrive 15 minutes before closing they definitely won't take your order. They have the worst customer service skills I have ever ran across. Please do better!
Thought I would of been at least partially satisfied tried to call for a whole hour before I came no answer. Then I get my order wings barely had any seasoning along with the fries so bland. And the chicken was way over cooked my kids couldn't even eat it they were so hard.
I'm a Nashville Native so I have been to the Nashville location quite a few times and this one is nothing like it in terms of quality. The best thing about my meal was the lemonade. I placed an order online for an 11:30 pick up. But somehow my food tasted old. I ordered for my dad as well and he said the same thing. Completely disappointed for a $35 meal I won't be going back.
The food was awesome and the staff were very friendly. The wait was a lot longer than predicted on the online order system. If wasn't for the extra wait, this would be a 5 star experience for sure.
Wings were good! My only complaint was that out of 25 wings, only 2 were flats. Flats are my favorite.
