Great service and great cleanliness. However, food was extremely overpriced for the small portions you receive. Also ordered cheesy garlic bread and it looks like something they threw straight in the microwave like you would cheese on your nachos...cheese was burnt to a crisp. Noodles were extremely bland and dry. For a $13 bowl you would think I would get more than just one thinly shaved slice of steak. Only giving 2 stars because of the staff and my cherry Coke was delicious. Will not be back. Extremely disappointed. ?
I love Noodles & co but there’s a few issues recently. When I added tofu months back, it was these thinner strips that were chewy and flavorful. Now it’s massive chunks that are spongy and bland. Also the menu is Very misleading. There’s no prices listed and things that have chicken in the title don’t actually have chicken, they charge you extra to add what’s already in the description so an 8.15$ regular entree becomes 12+ dollars.I ordered Buff Mac n cheese a few weeks back and the menu said 12.15 for a regular and then they added 4.50 for chicken! That’s sit down fancy restaurant prices. Why is it 12.15 when regular Mac n cheese is like 7$ something..It’s just becoming too much for the average person to afford…
The cashiers are always very kind and my food never takes too long. I have no complaints there. However, today I was appalled to walk in and hear presumably a manager berating the young staff, threatening to cut their paychecks and yelling loud enough for customers to hear. I heard her say something along the lines of “I have money I don’t need to worry about this.” Cashiers continued as if nothing was wrong. It was very busy so I imagine they were under pressure to meet customer demands while being verbally berated like that. Very disappointing to witness.
Friendly staff and fast service. One of my favorite places to eat in Clarksville.
I will not be returning.I could smell the bathroom 20 ft from the door. No paper towels. There wasn't a clean table in the restaurant and I was the only customer there walking in the door. When they brought my food I asked for a rag or something to wipe down the table with. He looked confused and I had to explain to him that the very obviously dirty table was gross. He brought me 3 dry napkins. The food was fine. Nothing really special or impressive. Considering the prices and the costs of ingredients the portions were small.
Walked in and was greeted with great customer service. However, when order was taken I witness the cooking staff with no mask or protective hand wear as they were picking up the raw meat and noodles with their bare hands. The cooking staff were on there phones texting while preparing the food. Once I noticed I immediately requested a refund and skipped out of this establishment. I wasn’t able to enjoy my first experience in noodles company and was disappointed this behavior was administered.
Really disappointed! Pictures looked good, but the food was just adequate. The noodles in the spicy korean beef were basically mush. I ate it with a sad heart and stomach! We won't be back.
Absolutely delicious and very good sweet tea. Had lunch with my sister and tried both our decision not overly seasoned but just the right taste to take in all the flavors and herbs.
The staff was very friendly. But the food, in my opinion, is very overpriced and not that great. My daughter ordered a kids meal, and I ordered a small bowl. For $25, I expected more. The portions were small. The meals came in flimsy plastic dishes. And the taste… just okay. I just was not impressed, and I won’t be back.
Ordered chicken noodle soup figured since it was in the name it would be good turns out you can’t have anymore dried out stringy chicken. Couldn’t even chew a single piece. Thought about taking it home for a rawhide for my dog but I would be afraid it would break their teeth. Seriously very disappointed won’t even consider this place again. Hard to be a can of Campbells over this.
