The food is very good, everything was cooked perfectly and not greasy. The vegetable fried rice here is better than new king mao. They seem to be very busy, wait time can be long sometimes but not always.
They need to learn how to speak on the phone person answering seemed to be pre annoyed before picking up the phone… was being rude. Food is good but lacking customer service.
Just ordered a soup and crab rangoons. Second time ordering rangoons, they don't give you a sauce with it (just FYI). Didn't get any both times. Male behind the register - rude. No spoon to eat my soup with.
I always order food from here whenever I’m craving Chinese food because it’s usually so good. But I had a terrible experience with today’s visit. I walked in to order food for my family & the boy behind the window was so RUDE. After I ordered 1 of their lunch specials, he told me my total which was fine. I told him that I’m gonna order more, I asked if I could replace the fried rice for lo mein for one of the other lunch specials & he yelled, “Which one?!” He didn’t even answer my question. He just told me my total even though I was going to add more things… After his attitude, I just got the vibe that he didn’t want to be there, he didn’t want me to be there, & he didn’t want me to order more food for my family. They weren’t even busy because the place was empty once I walked in. The lady that handed me my food was so nice, however. Let her take orders & deal with the customers!I’d like to return, but if this is how they’re treating their customers, I can’t come back.
Very bad experience if I could leave a 0 star I would the person on the phone was very rude. I have never had a problem with this place till today. Will not be ordering again.
Ordered what was supposed to be kungpow chicken. It was fried, salty, soggy, mostly chicken fat and skin mixed with celery, carrots, onions, and a whole 2 pieces of bell pepper and peanuts just thrown on top. I have never ordered kungpow and it came out fried and so gross. Someone needs to go back to cooking school. And on top of that the prices went up. Not going back.
Food is better than most in Clarksville but staff is not very friendly. Ordered $50+ of food and asked for a cup sweet & sour after I paid since I forgot it. They said I could buy one...come on man.
Hadn't been here in awhile, but really liked it before! The young man taking the orders had me repeat myself 7 times before he understood what I wanted & all I said was "Do you have PuPu Platters?" I ordered House LoMein with one order & it had never had Shrimp in it according to who ordered it & she couldn't eat it! My husband refused to get anything because of the kid asking so many times for me to repeat myself!
