Worst customer service ever. I was in Clarksville and decided to get lunch for my family so we did a pick up order. They are suppose to be checking the order to make sure it’s correct, right? I had to work so I was in a hurry to get home and once home I check my order and got one veggie bowl. My order was 3 burritos a kids meal and a queso. So then I call for a refund and get met with an attitude. Then they think it’s appropriate to refund me $9 and some change out of a $40 order when I didn’t receive not one item that I ordered. Pathetic.
Food was good, utensils were not the best and service was great
Not impressed. 1st and last time trying this place. Manager wack other staff members were amazing. I could get better at taco bell or at home.
I was eating a homewrecker burrito and felt something odd. I ended up pulling a long disgusting blonde hair out of my mouth. I only took a couple of bites from the burrito when I felt the hair. I couldn't eat another bite! What a horrible experience!
This place is great. The food is always delicious and Emily always gets my order right. Everything is always hot, the dining area is clean and the employees are very friendly. Definitely my go to spot.
I really appreciated being able to order cucumber on my bowl through the app. Our closest store's app doesn't offer cucumbers unless, but if you go in they can add them. Found three soft chips in the whole bag.
Moes lost my business today. I went to eat with my husband. We were the only customers there. They had about 4 employees. The lady wrapping our burrito looked like she just woke up hair everywhere which to be working in a restaurant you gotta worried about not getting any hair in the food. Once we proceeded to sit, we were informed that we had to leave because they didn’t have enough staff. Let me remind you they weren’t busy and had plenty of people working.
The food here is always great. I love that I can completely customize my entree without judgement. Customer service could be a little better at times. Restaurant is always well maintained and clean.
Food is amazing as always! But some of the management here treats there employees horrible, it’s one thing to correct as an educational attempt but to correct in front of customers and embarrass the employee is uncalled for and made me very uncomfortable.
Service is always great here. My burritos are always delicious! Plus you get a free birthday burrito and chips with salsa if you join their rewards club!
