I normally don’t write reviews but I feel as if certain things need to be brought to attention when it seems the problem gets worse as opposed to better. Unfortunately this could be a very good, convenient place for pizza nights, however after numerous chances, our family will no longer be dining with you. The accuracy of orders is always an issue due to staff not paying attention. Everyone stays on their phones, the laughing and cursing out loud in front door f children is rude. I observed an employee by the name of Ashley with one hand on her cell phone & the other scratching frontal areas through pants, then proceeded not to wash hands. She had no gloves or hand washing. Her hands are filthier than her mouth. I feel as if hiring a new staff that can provide quality customer service and put your restaurant as a priority while working will not only keep business but increase it. If the staff ever changes we would be back but until then we cannot put our health at risk. Thank you.
Cheese steak was one solid piece of chewy meat. I couldn’t eat. It was an 18$ mistake
We just recently moved to Clarksville and just tried Michael’s for the first time and it’s absolutely amazing! Our new pizza spot!
Dined in for lunch and had a delicious pepperoni pizza which was freshly made and served piping hot. Excellent service by Gabby who checked on us to make sure everything was fine. Very clean restaurant. Will return for more pizza or will try their amazing subs. Priced right. Thanks for our great lunch!
We were traveling back to Indiana from Florida and found Michael's Pizza & More online and decided to give it a try, since the reviews were good. As Business owners we were disappointed to see almost all the employees texting/on their phones. No one was wearing gloves or hair nets. A couple of the employees were playing with/ running their hands around in their hair. Counting money, chewing on their finger nails. never saw any one wash their hands before touching food. One employee put the ordered mixers on the floor prior to putting them in the cooler for customers to pick-up.No customer service or hygiene skills by the employees were demonstrated especially with Covid still being a major health hazard. The bread sticks come with a "special sauce" also known as cold tomato paste. Asked about nacho cheese, was told they had a garlic butter; then had to ask a 2nd time about getting it before we were told it was an additional cost, like we couldn't afford it or something. The small pizza, which we were told is cut into 6 pieces was only 4. We literally saw around 10 different employees there and only 1 or 2 was working. The only thing good about our experience was that the food, minus the bread sticks, wings and pizza were really good. Would not recommend. Happy to speak to the manager or owner about our experience, which I asked twice about getting a receipt but was told we couldn't get one because we paid cash, so I would have an order #, date, time, etc. Today is Friday, March 18th. Our visit was around 7pm.
Probably the best pizza in town. But I didn't appreciate the rude woman who sounded snooty and hung up on me when I asked why it was over an hour and a half waiting for the pizza. I called her back and asked her why she hung up and she said "I thought you were done." Really? Nice try. She was right. I am done with Michael's. I'll probably never order from them again. Good pizza or not, it isn't worth the hassle putting up with the antics of an immature employee.
Apologies for my earlier rating as it must have happened while my phone was in my pocket. Apologies for any confusion! I've changed my rating to a 5 star. The pizza was fantastic and everyone at my house loved it. Would greatly recommend and will probably be going back for more this weekend.
Small deluxe hand tossed, and pasta! $25 even and worth every penny! Just look at the toppings! Quality
This place has great food but they can’t get an order right. They have a few young employees that mess up the orders every time we come in. Multiple times now we have ordered large concretes and get kid ones or get sundaes. I swear one of the kids is high everytime. He just stares at you with this blank look then screws up the order.. every time. We love this place and we were going once a week but are getting too frustrated with it lately to go often. The inside is not nice, and a little dirty so get it to go.
This is hands down the best Pizza place in Clarksville. If you don’t like pizza, try a salad, try a sandwich. The breadsticks are perfect, the calzones are my favorite and you can not leave without trying their custard. Been here 6 years and just tried this place in 2021 and totally regret not getting it sooner…. Support this local joint and get you a pizza!!!
