I just stopped to grab a couple of burgers and a drink on my way to work got down the road open one of the burgers and it was beyond sloppy to the point that I literally have mustard and ketchup on my clothes and in my car now where they couldn't take another 2 seconds and make sure that everything was actually on the bun where it's supposed to be. over half of the ketchup mustard onion and other stuff was on the inside of the wrapper and not on the bun the cheese was half off the burgers and when I tried to call the restaurant to tell the manager no one answered the phone I agree with everybody else's reviews that this place has completely gone downhill over the last year
Me and the family was traveling home from vacation and descided to grab a quick bite to eat. When attempting to enter the premises there was a note on the door informing the public they do not serve inside. No big deal with the pandemic going on completely understandable! But when getting in line spent 10 to 15 minutes in line! Then finally getting our order in spent almost another 10 waiting to pay to get our food. Was given the wrong drinks and didn't even get our dipping sauce for the chicken nuggets!! And when trying to eat the food was completely cold!!!
This has to be the worse drive thru I have been to in along time. Order is taken, no issue. Sit in line 30+ minutes, no problem. Pay for my food and confirm my order, no issue. Receive the completely wrong order, now there’s a problem. If you are going to confirm my order with my payment, make sure the order is right. It’s the last thing you do, quality inspection.Don’t pay your employees hood wages for subpar service.
The food was fine but mostly I wanted to comment on the white dude manager with glasses and very little hair who was simply doing a horrible job and hollering at a staff full of teenagers. Lead from the front, man. It also seemed like the employee named Lucas was getting a lot of criticism despite doing his best. #justiceforlucas
Employees have no clue what they're doing. Multiple wrong orders in the drive-thru and inside. I was waiting inside for my order while listening to multiple mistakes in the drive-thru. Then my order was wrong and I had to ask for items that I didn't receive. The girl at the counter was stressed out and freaked out on the manager due to the drive-thru orders. This place needs to get their act together.
Big ol lady snatched a bag of food out of my hands while I was sitting at my table and proceded to yell at me "that aint your food". She is the one who shoved the bag into my friend at the counter in the first place. While the workers were all digging in their hair I asked one for mayonnaise and the big ol lady flung it at a worker and the worker flung it at me. It felt a little racist
All last week I've been every single morning lol. I love using the McDonald's app for discounts and when I use a code they call me by my name. It scared me at first lol but then it became personal. Food is hot every single time and I have no complaints. Good job ♡
Service has really gone down hill over the past year. Although the quality of food (8 of 10 food items will be cold) has not stopped me from visiting almost daily. I normally get a tea or frappe. The frappe is always great (if the machine is not down,) and their tea was always the best until recently (tea is now hit or miss.)For the most part Employees are friendly and helpful.
Took a while for them to be able to get our order, processing was quick and we got our food within a few minutes but it tasted dry and was basically just over cooked bread, tough jerky-like chicken, and one pickle. Overall, the while service was okay, the food was awful.
This place is slipping.... Disappointed during recent visit. 1) The food server at the window was pushy and rude. 2) Food was not made to order. I guess no onions means "extra onions", because there was literally a hand full of onions poured on my food. Yes, that's right poured on my food! I don't mean to complain during these busy holiday times, do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
