Tonight I sat in the drive through for 40 mins ( I was the 5th car, both lanes open)to be told their system crashed. I can understand system issues, but other times( I come through often) it’s either a 35 min break can’t take orders an hour before closing. What’s worse, is their about the only fast food open at that time, 1-3am on that’s side of town.

This McDonalds does post any signage when they're out of not just COKE, but any soda. so you either wait for 10-15 minutes in the drive-thru line, or spend 10min ordering inside before you're told this. This is so sad to keep people to co tinge to buy... I've decided to ween my child off of you chicken nuggets, and head over to #Wendy's!!

The service has become progressively bad. I get off work at 2 AM. I use to swing by and get my food from there since they are 24 hours. I went there one night and was told I couldn’t get service because they were on a 35 minute break. Other times I still at the drive thru for 10 minutes waiting for the person to take my order. Another time they only had one person working (the poor employee did their best with a bad situation). It is just not a good experience when you go there.

I order Quarter pounder with extra pickles all the cook need it to do add pickles to the sandwich. There were 13 pickles and no cheese or onions. The sandwich was terrible. The time was 8:00 pm and teenagers can cook better that person needs more training.

I have never been to a McDonald's where the crew literally just ignores the drive thru. It's like they don't know how to work the mic, so they just don't. There are times when one person is actively talking to customers in one lane but the other lane remains unanswered which leads to extreme frustration from customers. Do better and teach your staff how to work the registers and mic. Close a lane if there isn't enough staff to do both.

Whomever is the owner of this store is in it for a money grab or just doesn’t give two cents about their stores. The absolute worst customer service in the State of Tennessee. Employees are rude, not trained, don’t care and I have a sneaking suspicion after observing the upper management in the store on various occasions that the attitude starts there. Ownership, you should be embarrassed. Get off your backsides and fix not just this location, but all Clarksville locations you’re responsible for. I can only imagine what visitors to our community think of our town when stopping at your location on Trenton and get treated so badly by your employees. I’ve witnessed it first hand several times. Also, I don’t know who you paid off at the Health Department because your restaurants are disgusting. Don’t make pandemic excuses either, it was like this before that started. Maybe I should purchase billboard space on I-24 warning people not to eat there? One last thing…..stop labeling people as “Managers” when they don’t have a clue how to manage.

Went to pickup food and walked in and this is what I see. Not 1 Employee at this location had a mask on during this time of covid... They were just chilling and talking, Then we have this Employee in the picture just sitting on the counter where they prepare orders to go out to customers.

We went to this McDonald's almost every morning for 2weeks+ while were in the middle of a move. We ordered on the app or at the kiosk and they brought the food to our table. Even with limited staff they have always been so attentive and nice to us and our 1 year old little girl. One day I had trouble checking in on the app and they still were able to help us. I appreciate that they have kept the dining room open; it was a big help to us during a stressful move.

I work in health care and its the one place in my neighborhood opened early enough to get breakfats and I cant even do that anymore . I refuse to go back after today when everything I ordered for me and my coworkers was wrong! I told the guy the orded 5 times! And still I got the wrong food , then the staff tries to please me by saying " I through some extra sandwiches in there" thanks??? But even those sandwiches were old , bread hard as rocks and u can tell they have been siting around a while . and god forbid I order a coffee ?? Either its no cream and 20 sugars or no sugar and 10 creams or my favorite cold coffee. Someone in charge needs to do something about this place . I love mcdonalds fast food service but this place makes u not want to eat mcdonalds any more

This will be the last time I ever visit this McDonald's. I don't know who owns it, but this site needs employee retraining, or maybe new staffing. This is the closest one to my home, and 3 seperate times I have visited with the same issue on service. You can look and see 5 to 6 employees working behind the counter, so it not a number issue. Waited over 45 min for 2 smoothies. Called the store to remind them they had me waiting... then next call was direct to store manager. My first experience was an order for 10 apple pies, took over an hour. Granted it would take over 15 minutes, but not an hour. Had to remind the employees about my order before I got it. The McDonald's at exit 1, and exit 11 have the quickest service for large orders family or offices in my experience. 5 stars for their teams over there.
