So polite, kind and actually CARING. Like I know I’m talking about McDonald’s but I have had HORRIBLE experiences all around Clarksville. But this one was amazing. The man working the drive through voice was amazing and the young boy working the second window was just so sweet, kind and adorable. I am definitely going to go out of my way just to come to THIS McDonald’s.
Did the drive thru just after 8am and wasn't too busy. Got thru the line fairly quickly and the woman taking my order was knowledgeable and friendly. Received my order quickly and correctly. The young man was polite while giving me my breakfast. I don't remember the chicken biscuit being that big. I wondered if it wasn't the one for the sandwich? Highly pleased ?!
The only reason I gave 2 stars, is during weekday mornings this place is on point! Amazingly fast and very friendly staff. However, at night and on the weekends, don't go near this place. It's the total opposite. I will give the staff this. They were friendly. But it's unheard of to wait almost a half hour in line. I was told they were understaffed, but still, a half an hour??? And where's my straw??
I’m a contractor for Doordash and I love doing it! I’m also a manager for Zales because I love customer service. On 3/26/2022 @ 7am. I’m in the drive through and give a man the order number through at the speaker. The man tells me to move up to next window. Then he asked for it again (which at this point was no big deal) once more I give the Doordash order number and was told to go to the third window. I waited patiently for 30 minutes with no problem but what upset’s me is when the Manager comes to the third window and says.” Hey sorry we forgot about you…what was that order number again?” You never tell a customer you forgot about them…at least say the system shut down and part of your order is not showing… something. So I said.” I told the guy the order he not making it? I been here for 35 minutes and it’s a customer for me too!”. The manager said. ”We forgot you were here so what are you waiting for?” At this point I let Doordash know and the customer as well what happened with disappointment. I told the Lady if your the Manager and your acting like it’s no big issue here then this Company is loosing a lot of business especially where we are at today with trying to catch back up from the pandemic. I hope someone can coach the team here maybe some training because I see a lot of opportunities here.
we came here about 20 minutes ago, we’re told to pull up into a parking spot to wait. We had 3 different employees approach us with the wrong meal. they were really confused and mixed up. we finally got ours and the drinks were two sprites that were literally just carbonated water. we asked to replace them and the employee said she didn’t know what to tell us because all their “stuff was broken” they knowingly gave us drinks that weren’t flavored and refused to do anything about the fact that we paid for them and couldn’t get them replaced. rude careless employees
This location was really goodFresh food. The new crunchy double that was advertised was misleading. The double cheese burger and chicken nuggets were separate, so basically they wanted you to put it together yourself. Other than that, food was great!
If I can give zero stars I would. This McDonald's always give bad service. The food is always cold and never fresh. They have you sitting in the drive thru over 15 minutes. McDonald's don't have to ever worry about getting my business ever again in life.
The staff, mainly the manager, was VERY rude and the tables were dirty. They forgot my daughter's applesand it took at least 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter. An Indian man came for DoorDash and she kept yelling at him what she wanted the order number. He answered and she still kept asking. I understood him very well, but she said she didn't know what he was saying. There were no table numbers and everyone was having to order from the kiosks because no one was available at the counter. It took FOREVER to get our food and it wasn't even busy, outside our inside. The manager we've and sat down to talk to a friend that came in instead of working when it did get busier.
Visited on a Monday night and only drive through service was available. Each car seemed to take five minutes to get served once arriving at the window.
Waited awhile to take my order, and had to ask for sugar, they need better help or more help...horrible service
