Terrible customer service!!! Both lanes in the drive thru were open. When I pulled up a woman said she would be with me in a moment. I watch 5 cars give orders and go forward from the other lane. When I asked about it the woman came back on again saying they would be right with me. I mentioned the other cars that had gone ahead of me. I assume it was the manager that came on next. She was not polite in any way and told me they are short staffed. I completely understand that. I however do not understand how they can continue to take orders from the other lane but keep skipping me. She proceeded to tell me to get out of the lane I was in and go to the other lane (again rudely). They again took another order from the other lane so I left. I went to the McDonald’s on 2nd Street. They were amazing!!! Super fast service and super nice people with excellent customer service!
I went through the drive thru Sunday 5/15 around 9:15. I didn't order anything special-made, the order was correct on the screen and on the receipt. Paid, moved forward to the second window, where they told me to move to window 3. I waited at window 3 for a couple minutes when the same woman asked me to move forward more because "I was holding up her line." I waited at the side door where I was directed for 10 minutes while everyone went around me. A young man came out to ask what I was waiting on, so I gave him my receipt and he went inside to check on my food. 5 minutes later the woman from window two came out and loudly asked, "mam what are you waiting on??" I responded with "All of my food? I just gave a man my receipt to go check." She seemed super annoyed that I was there. He finally brought out my food and I left because I was trying to stay out of the way. 2 of the 5 items were not in the bag.I felt like I was a huge inconvenience to them and I arrived to deliver my friend food with an incomplete order.
I love this little coffee shop. Ever since I have been coming to this place, Nicole has been so warm and inviting. She makes you feel like she knows you and you want to sit down and she will talk to you I think if she hadn't been there my first time going there, I probably wouldn't have been back she just makes the place very homey and comfortable.
Generally this is one of the better locations in town overall, but omg have patience if you do a curbside order or are asked to pull into one of the spots to wait on your order. They literally have the slowest person in Tennessee running the food outside. I could literally get the food to the customer quicker on one leg and blindfolded. A Sloth could do it faster.
Sunday morning around 10 o’clock. Understandably busy, so 10 minutes in line was not a problem. My order was correct. Then I had to wait in one of the parking spots for a frappe. I understand that most people are short staffed right now. However, after 10 minutes in the parking spot I gave up and ate my breakfast. I waited another 10 minutes and finally had to go up to the drive-through window. I’m pretty sure they totally forgot about me. I had to stand there and wait for them to make my drink . Again, I understand busy times and being short staffed, however it doesn’t exactly look good when you forget a customer is waiting. On the plus side at least the girl at the window apologized.
I've only gotten good experiences with this mcdonalds. They are very fast and I've never had a mistake with my order.
The McDonald’s restaurants in the Clarksville area are OK. The breakfast was nice, service very quick and the staff attentive. There is the grape jelly that really taste good with the Egg Mac Muffin and it goes well with the sliced ham. It has only 310 calories which is great !
Our burger was trash. It looked like it had been soaked in grease and was falling apart. Didnt get any of the condiments we requested for the rest of our food. Couldn’t even get anything fixed because the doors had the handles taken off and we didn’t have the 30 minutes to wait in the drive thru line again to fix our order.
I came to this McDonalds roughly a month ago now, but I wanted to take some time to collect my thoughts about my infuriating experience at this location. Let's start by pointing out that the cashiers operating the drive-thru were completely unprofessional. Everytime I asked for something, it was followed up with, "and you said small fries?" to which I thought they just couldn't hear me, so I spoke up. However, after the 5th time of her asking this, I could hear her and her coworker chuckling before they cut out. Clearly, they were doing this at my expense. When I managed to get through the heckling and pull up to the window, I paid and was asked if I would like my receipt, and I said yes. He closed the window and I then waited for several minutes only to drive to the next window livid. I asked for the manager and began to berate the mcdonalds staff. I went a tad bit overboard, but felt it was necessary to express my disgust with the workers in the back. Of course, when I finally got my food, everything was wrong. Everything. I will never go back to this mcdonalds for as long as I live. This was the worst experience I've ever had at any fast food restaurant.
This McDonalds never seems to have it act together. They seem to mess up even the most basic of orders. It would be fine if it happened once or twice but it's pretty routine.
