This is the 3rd time out of the 4 times I have visited this location that I have spent money and not received each item I paid for. I don’t understand why this could be the norm for this location. People go through drive-thrus for convenience. No one should have to return in order to receive what the employees should’ve checked for before handing the bag to the customer. Also, the food is rarely fresh. Choose another location.
The absolute worst McDonald’s in America, no exaggeration. I waited in line for 20 minutes without my order being taken, I ended up pulling back around and they started taking orders for 2 other cars in the second lane. When I finally got my order taken they told me to “hold on one second” and we waited another 10 minutes. She took our order and we pulled ahead, it took them another 10 minutes to get the customer 2 cars in front of us their food. Nightshift employees were terrible. We waited all of that time for a Sandwhich and drink.
My partner and I went for an early lunch today, 4-23-22. We had plans that afternoon so we were still in sweats (this will come up later). I order a $3 McChicken bundle, 1 Large coke and 2 medium ice coffees. We received the food and was asked to pull to the thrid window. After about 10 minutes, we received our coffees but no Coke. I reminded them that we were missing our drink and the gentleman said okay. At this point there were multiple cars in the pull forward & wait spots and everything was very disorganized. Two young female works come out to disperse food. I told them "Sorry I am just waiting on my Soda." Dismissing what I said, they started joking in the parking lot and laughing. After another 5-10mins the gentlemen came back out to hand us another person's food. I again said "Sorry , I am just waiting on that coke." At this point we had been waiting around 20 minutes at the thrid window for a Coke. My partner called the district Manager number on the window and this Manager called the store and told them we were waiting. The Shift Manager came out after 25 minutes and gave us our Coke. She did apologize but it's still seemed very ridiculous for just a drink.I understand at that point we should've just just went in to get it. HOWEVER, we were in our sweats and when you choose to go through a drive-thru, you dont expect to need to go into the store. At that point, what is the convince of a drive-thru. Very sad
It's repeatedly been a bad experience here, the worst was receiving a hamburger with 0 patty. No meat, just bun and condiments. Husband didn't open each item just made sure they were there so we didn't realized until he was home. The staff are generally welcoming but always seem overwhelmed. There's almost always a mistake with the food when we come through here which isn't often.
This is BY FAR the most uncleanliness and dirtiest McDonald’s I have ever stepped foot into. I can’t believe that they make food in this establishment. There was 5 different spills on the floor and instead of it being cleaned up there were yellow cones placed over the mess. On top of that, there was not one single clean table to eat at ( with only one other customer inside). I really hope that someone will be able to fix this McDonald’s.
Place wasn't busy and it took 10 minutes to get my food through the drive thru. Ordered a sweet tea and wasn't informed they didn't have any until I got the 2nd window.
Ordered a Mc chicken with no may, and nothing but mayo on it. Thankfully my child isn’t allergic to it
Give people the food they paid for!! Spent 30 minutes waiting for my food. Called to tell them this and they just tell me they are short staffed, didn't ask me what I was waiting on. 10 MORE minutes later, I had to go in and ask for a refund, because they sure didn't care to give me my food. DON'T PARK WHEN THEY ASK YOU TO IN DRIVE THRU
Very disappointed waited in the drive through for 30 minutes and when we pulled out and looped around they were responding to the customers behind us and took their orders. This is not the first time I have experienced poor service from here like this and I used to love this McDonald’s. As someone who works for a restaurant i understand that when cleaning you can take a little bit to take a order but never should it take 30 min.
Sorry I had to correct that. Really it should be zero. Food is always cold around 430 and I got sick another time I ate there. Give up on that McDonald's ???
