Due to this being a business. Employees needs to learn how to answer the phone. As well as, answer both speakers. On the other hand, I don’t like how employees handle Doordash orders. Called 1000 times & not one pick up. I am a dasher & it’s sad how long I have to wait on my dash time for any services. Drive through be the worst. I just want my orders to be completed to where I can Grab & Go!
Bro this is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I usually brush it off when fast food makes mistakes especially cheap places like McDonald’s but this place is garbage. Horrible. Terrible. They mess up so many things. I’ve been here several times because of convenience and I can’t think of a single time I’ve been here where they actually got the order right. Today there were 6 different mistakes with the order we had. Also this place refuses to sell breakfast burritos when the other 3 nearby do without hesitation. They always say they’re out of burritos or missing something to make them or whatever but it’s clear these guys just don’t want to make them for some reason. At this point it’s worth it to drive 10-15 min one way out of the way if you really want McDonald’s that bad instead of something else. But in most cases save yourself and go somewhere else. This place is trash.
Great service friendly faces fresh hot food.. The only complaint that I have is I asked for a sweet tea and I was given unsweetened tea. That's why you should always check your order before you leave. Could have been an honest mistake but that's why I four stars.
Ordered burgers with no cheese. Got home both burgers had cheese. My son is allergic to milk. We just cooked spaghetti.what a waste of time and money.
Dissapointed?. I paid for a caramel frappe well 5 of them, but no caramel ?. I asked where the caramel was and she said they had none. I asked for a carrier and she also said they were out. I had to ask for straws. ?
this is a whole new level of lazy. instead of taking your card to pay for the food they have the card reader hanging out of the window and are making the driver lean out of their car TO REACH THE CARD READER AND PAY. while the cashier at the drive thru sits down in some chair on their phone. once i paid they got up and had no problem walking around to go talk. 20 minutes or so passed before i ever made it to the second window. this is the worst mcdonald’s ive ever been to.
Friendly folk in my limited interactions. Kiosk failed to print one of the days I went, and within 2 minutes they printed it for me ?♂️ I scan receipts into Fetch rewards so that why I needed it...did forget a drink one day, but I honestly didn't notice till I drove away. Will be back
I think the employees here compete on being the worst McDonald’s employees. They literally forget simple parts of orders every. single. time. I should not have to drive further to another McDonald’s just to get my correct order! I swear these people are completely incompetent because how can you see the correct order on the screen and completely forget full meals? Ridiculous. Do your easy jobs correctly.
I always need to go back because they forget not just one thing, but several items. The other day, I went back because they forgot two fries. When I got them, the fries were undercooked. The chicken nuggets were stale somehow, and the patties in our cheeseburgers were pretty much burnt.
Getting better but still having trouble with their service. Too many people waiting for their orders. Chicken sandwich my ailing mother wasn't burnt. Ordered her another one for later to eat. My double cheeseburger was delicious and I also ordered me a chicken sandwich with small fries and lemonade. For dessert I ordered 2 apple pies. I was given a free frappe that I tried and then gave it to my ailing mother to try to see if she liked it or not. And guess what????? She loved it and so did I.
